View was beautiful. Our 1 yr old granddaughter crawled on the floors & her little knees & tops of her feet were black. Floors need to be steamed cleaned.

Beautiful condo

I took my family and grandchildren. Ages 10 and 6. This was our first time at the Azure. We enjoyed the room. The view of the ocean was perfect. We were on vacation over the 4th of July and were concerned about overcrowded beaches. It wasn’t bad at all. The beach service did a great job in organizing the chairs so you had a bit of space. The unit was clean when we arrived. Easy access to room. Adequate elevators. I saw Azure staff daily cleaning and just being present. Beds were comfortable. The furniture on the deck was great. I would prefer more pub height chairs just for the view. Would definitely go again.

We absolutely loved this room. It was plenty of space for all of us (4 adults, 9yr old & toddler). It was gorgeous, nicely updated, very clean. Any questions or concerns I had, the host was quick to respond. The location of this place is perfect, the view is beautiful, very nice and clean pool and my kids loved the splash area. My only recommendation is to bring extra paper products if you have a bigger group staying. Otherwise they had everything we needed to get through the week. Check in and out couldn’t be easier. Love just having a code to get in and not worrying about going to the desk and keeping track of key cards etc. Would 100% stay here again.

Would stay here again, but…

the mattresses! I know everyone has a different firmness preference, but these mattresses were too firm for our whole family. Pros: love the 6th floor view decorated very nicely communication with the owner was good (we had a sink not draining, and he had a maintenance guy there within a few hours) had all of the amenities you could think Overall was clean Cons: having something other than a broom and dustpan would be helpful to stay on top of the sand that gets brought in, there were a few minor things housekeeping missed prior to our arrival. I made the owner aware so they would know what to be aware of in the future, but wasn’t a deal breaker. Honestly, one of the nicest condos we’ve stayed in at the Azure building.

Great view, great complex.

Condo was nice, there was little to no storage for clothing provided. A week without a dryer with six people at the beach is a major inconvenience. The suggestion to go to a laundromat 3 miles away was unreasonable while time is limited on a vacation. We had to buy hangers and drip dry all our things. Our conditions as far as weather and surf was disappointing but out of our control.

Great property!

Our stay was wonderful. Rick communicated very quickly when I emailed him. The location and ease of the property was great! With the building being 6 floors, the elevator wait was never long and there was another elevator down the hall we used often. I gave the cleanliness only 4 stars because when we came in there was more sand than I would have expected on the floors and rug in the living room for it just being cleaned. Our socks and slippers were black, so the floors were not cleaned very well. Also, bring your own over-the-door towel hooks because there was only 1 towel bar in the shared bathroom to share between 3 teenage boys. There was plenty of room for hooks or Command hooks to be installed. For a place to house up to 10 people, they will have some very wet towels with no place to hang them. Obviously that is an easy fix! Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Nice Property!

We have stayed on Okaloosa Island a few times and Azure is the nicest property by far! The condo was exactly as described, very roomy and comfortable. The beds are firm if you like that. Would definitely stay here again!

well situated with easy pool and beach access

This rental was as pictured and overall a nice rental. Plus side.. the kitchen was SUPER well appointed. The bathrooms also very nice, roomy with great water pressure. The other plus is that if you want easy fast access to beach and pools it couldn't be a better situated condo. If traveling with kids old enough to swim alone, you can easily watch them from balcony which hangs directly between the two pools and beach boardwalk. Also, another plus for those with limited mobility, ZERO stairs to beach! What I was less pleased with, the condo could def. have been cleaner, and the walls in the main living space are badly in need of a fresh coat of paint. The master throw pillows, smelled like greasy hair. Yes, I make it habit to always smell bedding. :) I can report the rest was clean. The beds are very firm, but no one complained and all of us slept well. Lastly select furnishings, were a problem. The balcony furnishings are basically trashed with eh exception of the tall deck chairs which we stellar and all we sat in. And the TV, for move nights was awesome, but the small, uncomfortable couches in the main room were not something anyone wanted to gather on. The TVS worked well. Though this condo sleeps 8, I would say best case is 2 couples and their kids sharing the bunk room.

Wonderful!

Condo was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Kitchen well stocked; some beach toys, and access to 2 beach chairs and umbrella; beach rental staff on property were very nice and helpful. Communication with manager was excellent! Well located to many things; we enjoy walking in mornings and found good sidewalks. Building was one of the cleanest we’ve stayed. Would love to return in future.

We had an amazing stay. Communication was excellent. The location was excellent. The view was awesome - the pictures don’t do it justice. We had a family Christmas week with 7 adults. Plenty of room for everyone. The property was very clean and well taken care of. I highly recommend this property and would absolutely return.
