Thank you for sharing your feedback, Fausto. We sincerely apologize for the oversight regarding the basketball hoop and the inconvenience it caused you. After receiving your message to our email regarding the charge and carefully reviewing our inspection photos, we found that the damage occurred before your arrival. The charge has been refunded. We take full responsibility for the mistake and truly appreciate your understanding throughout this process. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re grateful for your patience. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Thank you for sharing this feedback, Brian. We’re glad the home worked well for your stay, and we appreciate you noting the items that fell short for you. We understand how disappointing it can be when an outdoor pool feels too cold to use, especially during the winter months when heating performance can vary. We include guidance in the listing so guests know what to expect during colder weather, and we’ll be reviewing your notes with our team. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope the rest of your trip was enjoyable.
