You go out; take a few steps and you are on the sand, a few more you are swimming in the ocean. Or sit on the balcony look at the ocean, when you just want to relax after hard day on the beach or crazy nightlife. Condo has everything like 5 stars hotel. And you will feel like at home, and pay just a fraction of the cost. Please see the pictures. Leave everything home, take just a toothbrush, everything else is provided, from sheets to beach chairs. Relaxing Getaway

The pool and ocean therapy was just what we needed. The view from our room was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. We would book again! Our host was very accommodating

Check in process antiquated! Fees, fees , fees!!

The rooms are outstanding! Modern decor and spacious. You can only check in fully in only one of the buildings between 9 and 5. And you will likely stand in line to register and get your FOB and parking card. You will pay a fee both for parking and the card and the FOB. It seems like such an antiquated system of registration for such a modern hotel.

It ruined our trip

The only thing in this condo that was clean was the floor. The couches had spots. We didn’t even dare sit on them without putting a sheet on them, the comforter had black marks on it. The mattress had spots all over it. The fridge was filthy on the outside and what looks like mold on the kitchen ceiling. The chairs at the table were dirty. The air conditioning sounded like a freight train.land the blinds in the living room were missing pieces so there was no privacy. I’d love to share pictures.

Worth it!

I will say this place is great to start! Good size, clean, had all the amenities needed to get going and whatever you need last minute there is a store/cafe (Enjoy cafe) on the 1st floor. Very convenient! There was an issue with the bathroom on one of the days and Alec was at the door within a half hour and on top of it. Which was a game changer! turned the mood and the vibe around very quickly! So all in and all the place was great, but the owner went above and beyond and that made everything top tier! Thank you again Alec. Wish you the best in all you do brother!

Lovely time in Hallandale / Hollywood FL

Clean, convenient, good kitchen, minus a few things , spacious 1 bedroom apartment, easy ocean and pool access. Bed comfortable, lots of extra bedding and a roll-away. Beach supplies included. Only 1 suggestion- could use a more comfortable couch. Excellent communication with a very friendly host.

Beautiful place

The condo and view was beautiful. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed to stay. The air conditioning made a very loud noise when it clicks on but we were comfortable the entire time with temperature! The check in process was strange as it was not the front desk but they pointed me to the right direction. They charge 30 for the fob to get in and out of the building. You do not get this money back after returning the fob. The pool was very nice and heated. Access to the beach was beautiful! Very easy to get around. There is not a lot around the condo but the 40 minute walk to the shops wasn’t bad and they have a lot to offer there. Overall I gave 4/5 for the minor areas of concern but the place is beautiful and a fun place for me and the 2 kids!

Hollywood Beach Getaway

The property was a fantastic place to relax close to the beach in Hollywood! The weather was beautiful and location was perfect I was close to everything needed for the trip I will most definitely be back for another stay asap

I absolutely LOVED the condo! The view was amazing. It was exactly like the pictures. Spacious and clean. Seconds away from the beach. I loved the security of the building. Check-in process is terrible (though not the owners fault). The front desk people are ZERO help and act as if they don't care. I had to notify the owner for assistance and he responded right away. Would not change anything about the condo except the A/C was very loud and rattled constantly (again the owner was notified). All in all, it was a great place to stay and if I am ever in the area again, will most definitely use this spot again!

Wonderful vacation place!

Nice, on the beach

The room was nice, the inventory was older and we had trouble with the TV's but the host did help out. The staff at the condo does not know much about the room and are not helpful.

Definitely would not recommend the tides to anyone. When we pulled top to the building, we were told we need to go to building next door to register. We drive to the building next door, was told by a person at the front desk to walk down a hall, we stood in line for 1/2 hour only to be told we need to go back to the other building to register our car. You can't make this up. After this you go back to other building stand in line , it's then you are charged with a 75.00 parking fee 30.00 guest fee , and a 20.00 refundable cash deposit, that is only refundable between the hours of 9-5. So don't plan on leaving before 9 or arriving after 5. They provided no chairs or umbrellas on the beach. At best it's an old high rise apartment building with a pool. not one person at valet or front desk will acknowledge you...

Adequate and Functional

The best way to describe this property is "adequate and functional." The apartment has a nice view, but the decor is a dated. Couch is very uncomfortable and needs replacing. Listing says the apartment has a washer and dryer, but it does not. The check in process is a nightmare. One person in a window, checking in people to two very large buildings. This is not the owner's fault and he was very responsive and a good communicator.

25th Anniversary Trip

This property is beautiful. Everything from the valet to the pools, beach access, parking, the condo Everything was very nice. We had a small issue with the A/c while we were staying. I contacted Alec. He was there immediately, and took care of it right away. We loved our stay and can't wait to book for our next trip! Thank you for making our 25th anniversary a great trip!

Short escape

Beautiful view! Very relaxing and quiet. Alec was very quick to respond to any questions and people in the area were very nice and helpful. Downloaded and took the Circuit transportation which was very cheap and extremely helpful.

Gorgeous location but needs some work

You can't beat the location, pool area is great and your right on the beach! The check-in process is a major headache, luckily the owner sent me specific details, but even so it's a bit ridiculous and seems like there should be an easier way. You also get a key fob that you have to pay for and use for every door you go through, pay for parking, and pay for a parking pass that you return. The apartment itself could use some work, the fridge was dirty, the stove top didn't work well, the toilet doesn't flush right, and the couch is harder then a rock. Also, there is laundry available on that floor, but unfortunately you need a special card to do it and there was none available in the apartment. It was njce that there were beach chairs and an umbrella available for use. We bought a small cooler and left there because there was none available. Pretty much majority of people there or in the area speak Spanish too, so that made for some obstacles. The location you can't beat, the view of the ocean is beautiful. I'm not sure if we'd stay here again, mostly because of all the rules and red tape to do anything in the building.
