Low-rise building located right on the Hollywood Boardwalk. Steps to the sand and ocean. Relax in a casual atmosphere where you can cycle or walk on the boardwalk to shops and restaurants. Barbecue grills on an oceanfront courtyard with chairs and tables. Laundry room on site. No Smoking. No Pets. Minutes to casinos, deep sea fishing and fun on the beach! Hollywood is a city on Florida's east coast, between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Palm-dotted Hollywood Beach is backed by the 2.5 mile long Hollywood Beach Broadwalk , our Pedestrian Promenade with ocean views . ArtsPark at Young Circle features an outdoor amphitheater and a striking fountain. Nearby, the Art and Culture Center of Hollywood offers contemporary exhibitions and performances. The Anne Kolb Nature Center is a reserve with mangrove trails and an aquarium.

The beach view from the outside patio area was not obstructed. Great people watching on the boardwalk and the ocean was stunning at dawn and sunset .

Enjoyed our 5 night stay right on the beach. Hard to beat the location. Free garaged parking close by was a plus! AC units never shut off and were louder than we are use to.

My family of four had a great experience. The location was absolutely ideal. We had everything we needed for our stay at the beach provided by our host. The only items that could have helped with the stay was the cleanliness of the bathroom when we arrived, the toilet seat was broken, the head of the pull out couch bed appeared to be malfunctioning, and the closet doors were difficult to operate. Overall, great experience and we would for surely go back!

Wonderful stay

Was exactly what we needed , a ground level 1 bdrm with kitchen, and close proximity to the beach (25 steps to the beach). Would definitely rent this unit again.

Location location

Terrific broad walk location with a clean well maintained property. Located on the quiet north end of the broad walk with friendly people throughout the complex. We have stayed here before and will return again.

Great Place

We could not have been happier with this condo. It is located towards the North end of the broadwalk, which is quieter. The property is well maintained and the place was perfect for our needs. We look forward to staying there again.

Perfect 4 night stay

Loved this place! Right on the beach, walking distance for restaurants and shops. Traveled alone, felt safe and comfortable all of stay. Grabbed a few groceries from Walmart and was set. Would return for sure!

Steps away from the beautiful Hollywood beach. I liked that it was at the end of the Broadwalk where it wasn’t quite so busy.

We overall enjoyed our atay here, so convenient with few steps to the beach, quiet area and beautiful scenary with very polite people within the condo!!! Defiantly will be back to this area again!!

It's Quiet here!
Just a 10 min walk to the south and you will experience all of the excitement on the Beach. Margaritaville resort offers day passes for their pool and spa which is a great alternative to the ocean. There is Live music on almost every corner, plenty of places to stop for a cold drink, ice cream, tacos and pizza.

The closest you can get to the beach! We also love that this property is situated just north of "the thick of it". It's a quiet place to relax without feeling crowded. There is limited public parking in the area so the beach stays pretty clean and family oriented.
