Florida Beach Stay

The Vrbo was easy to access. The building itself was dated but nicely renovated inside. The bathroom was nice with good water pressure for showering. The pool was large and we could dive in which was fun. I would recommend if not looking for anything “fancy.”

Perfect for those who are just needing a place to sleep. The fold down Murphy bed was VERY comfortable. Bathroom and Kitchen were very pretty, and looked very new. Did not use sofa or “living room” area

Great Beach Getaway

I had a great stay. Checkin was easy, great communication with the hosts, and location was very good. I very much enjoyed watching the dolphins swim through the canal while drinking my coffee in the morning. There is some construction happening on the first floor but they were respectful and did not work early in the morning or late in the evening. The neighbors were all very friendly as well.

Comfortable facility. Pull down bed super. Fab shower.

Disappointed that VRBO didn’t give us info on getting access to property; but owners responded quickly just before arrival.Clearly agent didn’t keep owners current on reduction of facilities eg pool access, laundry and downstairs communal area. For some this would have been difficult.No departure info given as to checkout.time and arrangements

Fantastic find!

Looking for a small spot that is good access north or south? Try this one. The pool was amazing and the condo is nicely renovated. Great water pressure and all the amenities! We will be here for many years to come.

Very nice place to stay! Very clean. Really nice neighbors in the other units. The owner responded right away with any questions we did have, which weren't many. We felt very comfortable!

Memorial Day weekend

The Murphy bed is extremely comfortable! Bathroom is beautiful with the floor to ceiling tile. Lovely kitchen. Perfect for two.

Close to beach

This was a studio apartment in a two story building between the inter-coastal and beach. Easy walk to beach access. Close to many restaurants. There is no WiFi service provided (owner mentions a rec room on premises which doesn't exist), Each apartment has their own internet. There is a large pool. Overall we had a nice stay.

Cute place

Overall loved the little place. Definitely little, but was just what my friend and I needed. Especially loved having the movies to watch since red tide put a damper in our beach visit. Good location although wish there was a coffee place within walking distance, but that's just a personal preference. Lockbox on the door could use replacing, had a hard time getting it open.

Good location and comfortable stay.

This was a good place to stay as it was centrally located between Pass-A-Grille and Clearwater. We enjoyed sitting on our "back porch" watching the birds, porpoises, and boats. Inside we had a clean room with a nice kitchen and countertop. The bed was a comfy foam bed Murphy bed. The only problem was that my 76 year old body had trouble lifting it back in to the wall! So we left it down and squeezed around it.

Beautiful Vacation Spot

This was the perfect getaway for my sister and I! The house was fully stocked and the pool felt amazing. A variety of towels, linens, and beach necessities were provided by the hosts. The murphy bed was very comfortable and the condo was extremely clean. Many places are within walking distance. The beach and the FREE bird sanctuary (also an easy shortcut to the beach, if you’re walking from the condo) are both right across the street! The views from both the front and back patio are gorgeous and we even saw dolphins while sitting on the porch! I will definitely be recommending this place to my family and friends.

Very enjoyable stay in a great location.

This was the first time we used a VRBO and we had a very positive experience. The condo was a bit small for myself and three kids, but the location by the beach and fishing options out back made it worth it. It was a very busy area with people fishing, smoking, or playing music outside most of the time we were there, but it was nice and quiet inside. That’s just a roll of the dice based on other vacationers. My only complaint would be the oven dial had no numbers (worn off) which made an oven cooked meal not possible. The pool was closed our last day, but we enjoyed it when it was open. The owners were easy to contact and supplied the condo very nicely. We will certainly look to return to this beautiful area.

Cute Small Scenery

We stayed here at the end of April, visiting our daughter on her birthday. The size was perfect for the 3 of us. My youngest said the futon when pulled out and the sheet over with was comfortable and she didn't want to get up!! The murphy bed was different, first time for us. It was comfortable and we slept pretty good. The scenery was perfect. The ac didn't work the first day there, but it was a simple turning it off for a little bit and turning it back on for it to kick in. The breeze though coming through from the the river and the ocean was amazing and we had all the windows open and the sliding glass door. So at night it actually got so cold we were covering up. We loved sitting outside. Overall, it was good, clean and we will stay again.

Our overall stay was as expected once we were able to get in our condo. Before arrival I messaged owner for the room # and code so we could unpack once we arrived, which was after check in time. I called and messaged the owner multiple times and never got a response until 6am the next day. My friends had stayed at this condo previously so I reached out to them and asked if they remembered what condo number and code it was to get into the room, thankfully it still worked. Definitely could have used better communication on the owner/property management side.

Has so much potential

Advertising for more than two adults in this location would be very deceiving. Once the Murphy bed is pulled out which by the way is extremely uncomfortable, there would not be any room for the futon bed. The galley Kitchen is just that. No more than one person in that space at a time. To give a reference, I am 5’1, 105lbs and my husband is 5’10, 180lbs. The balcony is not private. The room next door shares it with the space which would be nice to know in advance. The room faces east to west making it very bright first thing in the morning and quite warm in the afternoon. We actually left a day early just to get back home to our own bed to get some rest.

Small, yet perfect for us!

This property is exactly as listed. It is small, about the size of an average hotel room. It has a kitchen though, stocked with dishes and supplies so you can prepare your meals in the unit if desired. The Murphy bed was very comfortable & there was also a futon/couch which can be folded out as well. It would probably be pretty tight for 4 adults to stay here, because with both beds out there wasn’t a ton of extra space… but this condo was perfect for the 3 of us, especially since we really just needed a place to sleep. We didn’t spend much time inside during our stay because there is so much to do in the area! There is a balcony/porch area on each side of the unit, and tables and chairs on both. The only thing I had trouble with was from VRBO, they failed to get us the check in info on time, so I had to call the property owner when I arrived at the property. He was very apologetic & extremely helpful, stayed on the phone with me until I was in the unit. Overall, I would definitely rent this unit again on my next trip to the area!

Misleading

I had to request check in information from the owner at 4 pm the day of the start of my vacation. I was sitting in the airport waiting to fly out and looked at my vrbo account and realized the owner had never sent it to me. Upon arrival at the condo there was an old fashion combination lock box. This was troublesome to open as it is rusted. I have never encountered this type of key holder mechanism as in the year 2022 most people use key pad entry. I was a bit worried about the key situation as there was only one key we could not go our separate ways and return at different times. Also how did I not know a previous guest hadn’t made a copy to break in and steal stuff. When we entered were surprised at the size it’s only around 200 square feet and the closets are so crammed full it’s hard to put any of your items away or organize. The Murphy bed is very hard. We had to purchase a seally topper. The pillows had a smell so we also bought new pillows so we could sleep. When we got up the next morning I wanted to iron my clothes. The iron was so old it had the cloth rope cord. It worked I guess so why buy a new one? There is no icemaker old fashion ice cube trays which the owner requests you refill in case he want to use his own condo and make a cocktail ice will be available. I didn’t find this funny at all. There was plastic hanging off the roof outside the condo which banged in the wind all night making it hard to sleep. The tile in the bathroom and counter tops are very high end and expensive very beautiful. I believe this misleads you to think you are staying in a higher end rental. The most painful and misleading of all is the amenities described wi-fi in the vrbo rental. The actual unit doesn’t have its own wi-fi. It is the wi-fi of the party room on the first floor and about half the condo building down the walk way. It is not close enough to get a good signal. There was only 1 adult beach chair. We ended up vacating the condo early. I asked for a refund but was accused of trying to get a free vacation. I learned my lesson I booked late Nov for early Jan at the time of booking it said no refunds. I thought this was because of my late booking but now I know it’s because the owner knows there will be issues. Please don’t fall for the misleading information on the vrbo or description which doesn’t even offer the unit number so you can look up reviews or tours on the internet.

Perfect for two

Property was small but perfect for the two of us. We couldn’t get the sliding door open on the front deck but sat out back along the water at the front door side. First night we could hear Manatees coming up for air and some splashing a bit. Egret birds were there to greet us in the grass and one stayed on the railing right by us. We didn’t cook but the kitchen had everything you would need and the refrigerator was great. Would stay again.
