This newly built lake house sits on the north end of Lake Lanier. It’s a waterfront property that includes a private dock. Dahlonega is less than 15 minutes along with many vineyards, golf courses, and hiking trails. This location is quiet, scenic, and full of wildlife. Bring your boat and park it in the driveway or anchor it to the dock. Take the kayak out for a sunset cruise or use our waterfront location for your next fishing trip. Come and enjoy this hidden gem for yourself!

We had a great time at the property and the host was easy to work with. There were six of us (2 young kids and four adults) and there was enough room but if you had teenagers the living space might feel small. It’s about a 20 minute drive to Dahlonega and 45-50 minutes to the falls.

Host was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. I left a bag at the property and he is personally helping me get it back. I really appreciate the personal care from an owner.

The house was pretty satisfactory for what we needed it for. My husband was disappointed with the dock (he had high hopes!) The water level was low during our stay, something the host obviously can't control. The house was mostly clean except for spiderwebs in the living room. The water/ice couldn't dispense, it looked like it was frosted over. The house definitely needs more of a "homey" touch. There were no curtains or blinds on one window in the kids bedroom (on the first floor;there's a shed partially covering the window but not completely and it definitely doesn't block light) and that really bothered us. At a minimum all bedrooms need window coverings. The kitchen window and sliding doors could use some too for added comfort, but that's just my opinion. The house is tucked away, which has its perks but it's not terribly convenient if you are planning on coming and going.

Great stay! Family of 4, two teen boys. House is efficiently designed. Nice access to north part of the lake. We got a lot of boating time in. Owner was super responsive to a few minor requests. Would stay here again.

Getaway on the lake

We enjoyed this cozy home for our family to escape. Our older kids/adults enjoyed the lake access for fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding. The house was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable.

Murrayville lake house

Everything was very nice in terms of location and room in the house along with fire pit and a Kayak to cruse down the river. The only issues were not having any tolet paper upon arrival and having to hand wash the dishes before using necause they had previously been washed with laundry soap

Clean House

First of all, the check-in and check-out process was great. My only complaint is the seating in the living room is not adequate for more than 3 adults.The house was very clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay.

Christmas Vacation

Super nice a spotless home. We had everything we needed. The beds were awesome. So nice that when we got home we purchased the exact same mattress. Mark was extremely helpful. Defiantly plan on coming back for another stay.

Our only complaint would be the furniture in living room. Very old and uncomfortable. Everything else was great.

Cute House

House was very clean and nice. When we got there had a small misunderstanding about some lien’s but contacted Mark and he was quick to respond and we got it taken care of. Only downfall was that there needs to be more seating in the living area.

Winter retreat

Overall very nice. House is beautiful. If staying with family, living space (living room and dining area)is not spacious enough for everyone to sit together. Other then this, it’s a very nice place.

Ga trip in January

The house was beautiful and clean.. it was a bit difficult getting upstairs to the master. The beds were very comfortable. Beautiful views. The only negative would be the coffee maker it was difficult to use I would suggest a keureg that everyone knows how to use. I missed my coffee in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again. Great price!

Great location

This was a great location. We enjoyed our time here. The owner was quick to respond to messages. The living room only had a love seat and a chair. Not really big enough for our family. The bedrooms downstairs only had curtains on one of the two windows. The master bath upstairs didn’t have any curtains and the window is right outside the shower so my mom was a little weary of getting in the shower. Other than that it was a great stay.
