Located in the desirable community of Towamensing Trails, this charming, 3-bed, 2-bath, plus loft chalet is the perfect setting for your Poconos retreat any time of year! The chalet offers an inviting open-concept layout, making every moment here feel special. Step outside onto the expansive deck, where you can enjoy your morning coffee surrounded by deer or unwind in the evening surrounded by nature.

Perfect spot for a quick getaway. The property is cozy and fun, the community amenities were charming, and we were a quick drive to Jim Thorpe. Highly recommend!

Trailside Chalet is an Incredible Stay

This property is super spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The property owners keep the home clean and well decorated, and the hot tub and sauna were incredible additions to the weekend! I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!!

Great vacay week

Rental was as described, clean and plenty of space. We had 2-4 adults most of the week with one night where there were 8 adults and we had plenty of space. Hosts were super responsive to questions. It was a great get away.

The property was nice, clean, and in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay overall. However, check-in did not go smoothly at first and we had to contact the host for assistance. The sauna also wasn’t working the first day, but the host resolved the issue after we reached out. Despite those hiccups, it was a good experience!

The best weekend in the Pocanos

We loved staying at this VRBO and would absolutely love to come again! The space is beautiful, and the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful. Shoutout to the most comfortable couches I’ve ever sat on and the super cozy fireplace—perfect for relaxing. Can’t wait to return!

Beautiful stay

We had an amazing time for our brief, long weekend at the chalet! It was a beautiful property with a well stocked kitchen and a great location. I would definitely come back and recommend to others!

Perfect cozy home

Girls getaway weekend and this house was great! The couch is super comfy. The game loft is amazing and fun. Any issues were addressed and communication with the owner was fantastic. Water pressure in shower wasn’t optimal but that didn’t ruin out great time! Would definitely stay here again

Perfect Cabin in the Woods

This was a great location for a birthday weekend away for five gals. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and the cabin was cozy for late nights. The location was right in the middle of Towamensing Trails with trees all around (and loads of deer). Our favorite feature was the indoor fireplace that ran on a timer. We didn't get a chance to use any of the community's amenities but it seems like a lovely neighborhood, though you aren't particularly close to the neighbors.

Cozy home with responsive owner

My husband and I and two other couples spent a relaxing, snowy weekend in this cozy home. The king and two queen bedrooms were perfect for our group with room to spare. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna, despite the bitter cold.The house stayed toasty with the fireplace and all of the split units.Devon was quick to reply when I asked him for a snow shovel. He walked us through instructions on how to get the shovel that was in the locked shed.We would definitely stay here again.

Yes, it was a perfect Pocono retreat!

We had a great, relaxing weekend (too short though). The house was a very comfortable fit for the 6 of us with the 3 bedrooms and loft space. Very clean and spacious. The hot tub, sauna, and community amenities (pool, lake, tennis) definitely came in handy. Strongly recommend.

Wonderful Getaway

We had a wonderful time. House is so cozy and comfortable. We loved it so much, we plan on renting it again in March sometime and bring our children. We will definitely be back to enjoy this wonderful home. Thanks so much.

Mother daughter weekend

We had a wonderful stay. The house was comfortable and clean. Could use better glassware, but that is a minor complaint. Also, the trash situation was a little confusing.

Fabulous Thanksgiving Week Family Getaway

Our family spent Thanksgiving week at the Trailside Chalet. The hosts were easy to communicate with & responded quickly to questions or concerns. The chalet was impeccably decorated & immaculately clean. The home is comfortable & accommodating for a family. Being pet friendly meant our two dogs could come along for the trip. The beds were comfortable & the kitchen is well stocked for meal preparation. The game room & hot tub were great for family enjoyment. Unfortunately the sauna was out of order but the hosts alerted us ahead of time & compensated us accordingly. The neighborhood is private & the home is conveniently located for hiking, shopping, & wine tasting. We will be back again to enjoy Trailside Chalet again.Thank you.

The overall stay was fine. Some of the amenities where not as listed. The sauna was not operational and the main door would not stay closed. The hot tub was dirty the lights didnt work and the cover was broken and falling into the water. For a pet friendly listening the house inside was but the yard front and back was so overgrown it was kinda ridiculous. We know you cant help things that others do but waking up to construction right down the road was not pleasant at all and the house to the right of the property was a sight to see. In the house all extra sliding glass door locks where not mounted or broken. The locks on the sliding glass doors didn't work. The upstairs banister was missing a spindle leaving a very large opening and a very unsafe area where a small child or pet could fall from. The house had very low water pressure very very slow draining drains and not enough hot water for 3 people let alone 5. The upstairs closet door falling off when oppened and the toilet on the first floor handle falling off that i had to fix. Dont forget the burnt out lights in the first floor bathroom and the absolutely disgusting bathroom vent fan in the first floor bathroom.The biggest issue we had was that there was absolutely no cleaning supplies becides a broom and dust pan a vacuum and some multi surface cleaner would have been nice. Our vacation was great and we had a ton of fun but this house needs work and honestly dosen't demand it's price point.

Winter Jaunt

Communication was simple, anytime we had to reach out with a question there was a quick response. The house was beautifully decorated & was spotless, perfectly clean! The winter activities we had planned were all a 20-30 min drive from the rental. The hot tub was enjoyed by all!

Fun little escape

Property was well located and clean. Perfect for me and the fam (kids included). Devon was a pleasure to work with and extreme communicative and informative. The lake and pool were close by and the kiddos LOVED it! My only “complaint” is no vacuum. Would’ve loved to be able to leave the place a bit tidier in that sense- but overall great experience. :)

A Wonderful Weekend Getaway!

We had a wonderful weekend up the mountains and even saw a little bit of snow! From the check-in process to arrival, everything went so smoothly. The house was spotless and very relaxing. We managed to spend some nice time in the hot tub and also took in a few movies and it turned competitive playing Golden Tee! All in all, a great house and a great weekend!

Great Place!

Wonderful property! Very Clean, warm, and fun. Communication was easy. Kids (and adults) loved the video games. Hot tub was new and functioned perfectly. Went snowboarding at Big Boulder which is 15 minutes away. Thanks for a great stay. We plan on coming back!

Girls' Getaway

We had a great time during our stay. Devon was easy to communicate with and was very quick with her responses. The house is beautifully decorated and having linens, etc. provided was nice. The hot tub was quite relaxing after a day of exploring the area. We didn't get a chance to try the sauna. Just a few thoughts--It was difficult to get up to the first step to the entrance of the deck without a handrail, especially if carrying luggage, etc. (for us older travelers at least) and a hook(s) near the downstairs shower for hanging your towels would be convenient. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Devon.

Relaxed vibe, could use finishing touches

This house was a lovely stay for a group of 5 women having a weekend away. The house was clean, kitchen was well stocked, and Devon was easy to communicate with. However the house could use some upgrades and modernization. The mattresses could use to be replaced, the house needs more rugs and runners (ie there were no bath mats and we kept tracking snow and dirt in the house due to only having one teeny tiny little doormat when a huge one for the open foyer is what is called for!), the upstairs shower makes an ear splitting shrieking sound when in use, and most flummoxing of all - the hot tub is right outside the front door but for some reason the deck railing blocks the hot tub and you are forced to walk in your slippers and robe through snow and ice to walk alll the way around the deck to get to the hot tub. This would be such a simple little fix that would add lots of value to this property. Overall, the area was lovely and serene and we had no issues with the house or the owner during our visit. These little fixes would just elevate the property!
