Very modern kitchen, I love the way it was set up if you’d like to cook this is the place to go grill and smoker outside. We had a wonderful four days.

This is a clean, cozy house that has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is pleasant to cook in and is well equipped. I travel with my dog so the yard was a huge bonus. They had some dog toys Arlo loved. I will definitely return for another stay.Will communicates well and is easily accessible if needed.

This was our second stay. We love this house. Cozy and beautiful decor. A lot of property and fenced in for our pups. Very clean. Kitchen is great if you like to cook and we enjoyed that. Will is easy to get in touch with if you need anything.

This was the most comfortable home we have ever rented. It was many things, it is well kept and clean. But more than that the kitchen was very workable, which is important to us because we enjoy cooking. The living room was a great place for a good slouch with a book or TV. The location gave us a base to explore parks and towns near buy with ease. Oh yes and our Yorkshire pup was pleased as well. The host provided us with an enormous amount of information about the area.

We are so excited to share the experience we had at this listing. The home was clean and smelled amazing. We were greeted with a well lit home and the owner left the air on for us, which made us feel so welcome coming from 100 degree weather outside. We played the family games left in the home and we were having a good time.

My husband and I and our 2 little dogs really enjoyed a very much needed time away after a very stressful time in our life. The best thing was to get away even for a long weekend. Wanted to stay longer but have to go back to work. The house is so cozy and has such beautiful lighting, decorations, a wonderful kitchen, a huge fenced yard for our dogs, barbecue on the deck, clean, and comfortable bed. Definitely recommend. Will is also easy to reach if you need anything or have a question.

Pro: -Trampoline good for the kids-Grill is a good size/clean-Furniture is clean, and comfortable. -Open concept living area makes the house feel spacious-Secluded location, but close enough to gas stations/grocery shops that allowed you to pick up minor necessities.-A/C in sleeping areas, and the living room-Retractable gates to discourage children/pets from climbing the stairs. -Feminine hygiene products and hair dryer in the bathroom-First aid kit in the kitchen-Ice in the freezer-Guide with what to bring and local attractions sent via email link.-Kayaks on the side of the houseCons: -Sleeps 6, but only 4 beds (inconvenient for groups of friends as opposed to family) -Really nice bath tub, but the mechanism to fill up the tub was not installed.Overall: Really great stay for early September. Very good value for cost.

I had the pleasure of staying at this property and it was absolutely incredible. Will was extremely responsive, proactive and answered any question I had promptly. The house itself was fantastic for myself and pet with great features specifically for dogs like being able to let them out on the decks with fences as well as specific dog eating areas the house itself was absolutely fantastic. Great layout had everything you’d ever want in the kitchen. The yard was fantastic with great grass and plenty of room. Overall, this was an amazing property that Will has and anyone should jump on the opportunity to stay here.

The property was very welcoming to pets. I have a bigger dog, 90lbs and she ran all around the yard and sat on the front deck looking out at the road. Owner had a fabric gate you slide across so the pet would not run away. The house was very cozy and welcoming. Looked just like the pictures provided on the site. the whole process was smooth and easy. When we go back to the area in the future, we will be looking to rent this same place

We loved our three night stay at Will’s property! It was everything we hoped for and enjoyed the massive fenced in yard. It was very clean and stocked with all the essentials. Just a tip, screenshot the door code and WiFi password ahead of time as service for Verizon is limited. We really enjoyed being in the woods and all the deer!

Everything was wonderful, and the house worked perfectly for our group. I also really appreciate the straightforward pet fees and the pet-friendly accommodations. The community pool and lake were beautiful, and there were even designated fishing spots. Will was a very helpful host, and we'd definitely book this house again. Thanks for everything!
