What a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful views, clean and well furnished. Photos are exactly what you get! Love that you allowed for our pet to come! We were very pleased with our stay! We will return!

This cottage was very clean, cozy, well-stocked, and a perfect location for our first trip to Wisconsin. Even though it is close to a highway there is a nice area for pulling in and turning around for exiting. We enjoyed hearing the trains going by and the beautiful view of the Mississippi River and wetlands. This cottage is near places for taking walks through nature reserves, sight-seeing, eating out and shopping. The explicit instructions for checking in and checking out were great. We would enjoy staying at this cottage again. Thank you, Chance, for sharing your lovely cottage with travelers like us.

Such a great place right on the river. The sunsets were spectacular. Goose Island is very close and has great walking trails. The cabin is very soundproof and the traffic on the highway is barely noticeable.

Cottage was very well kept, very clean. This was my 1st vrbo experience. I did have 1 question about parking. The host was very responsive to my question. My question to the host was regarding parking for a full size truck with a bass boat being a little restricted maneuvering the driveway. Overall experience was a 9 out of 10. The cottage was very comfortable, very well kept. Appliances, a/c, tv, facilities, etc, all well maintained. Recommend staying there

We were thrilled with this rental. Location was a quick drive to La Crosse and had a gorgeous view of the Mississippi and surrounding bluffs. Inside was surprisingly quiet from most traffic noise and provided ample sleeping for our small family. Would book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Close to family and just the right size. The fireplace was a great feature and kept us warm on chilly days the week of Thanksgiving. Very clean and accommodating. Would stay here again.

We always hv a lovely time at this space. We love birding at Goose Island; we love being cozy and able to cook our own meals at the house. We love that we can bring our dog along. We will return!

Amazing weekend getaway

This place is so charming! Loved the aesthetic and the accommodations it offered. We felt it was close enough to a lot of places but being on the outskirts of the “busy” was really nice. It was perfect for a long weekend away!

Very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the convenient location to La Crosse and the many area hiking opportunities. It is on the highway and the railroad is right next to that, just so you know. It didn't bother us much, but we weren't there during the day much either.

Excellent base camp for outdoor adventure!

Quaint, well appointed cabin that has been well maintained and decorated. It served as a great basecamp as we explored the local bluffs and rivers! The cabin had everything we needed for quick morning breakfasts and also great places to unwind with campfire and entertainment options. The pull-out sleeping options could easily sleep 3-4 kids in addition to the queen adult bed. Overall a great stay!

Nice get away.

Nice place to relax. All the Comforts of home. We didn't use the fire pit or pizza oven, but the inside was nice.

Beautiful!

This house is gorgeous. Everything is really clean and comfortable. It is close to a busy highway but the noise didn't bother me. Our Uber drivers were able to find us easily. We had a great stay.
