Nice little townhouse!

Nice small place for the price! Place was clean and pictures are accurate. Minor cosmetic things noticed and lacking basic paper goods.

Annual Greenbay visit

We visit the area once year to visit family. The home is tidy and nicely stocked. A nice little home away from home. Would stay again!

Great stay

The property was perfect, plenty of places to sleep and has everything needed. Also gave a nice gift basket of treats and spotted cow beer!

Great stay at a reasonable price

Second time staying here. The bedrooms are spacious enough and the living room accommodated the three of us. Walking distance to the river was a huge plus.

Excellent!

Lovely historic neighborhood! Very clean and spacious townhouse. Quiet neighbors. There's a really nice walking trail a couple blocks away that borders the Fox River.

This is nice place to stay

The checking went smoothly, the property is just like pictures shows, very clean, nice kitchen, I would recommend this place to stay. Probably a more powerful fan upstairs will make even better the staying there.

Overall clean / nice

Overall we had a nice stay. It was clean, the beds were comfortable. Everything was renovated, except the bathtub was original and old. The family room couch and rug was pretty worn and could probably be updated. The host was responsive and friendly, check in / out went smoothly.

This was just what we needed for a home base during our time in Green Bay. Clean, quiet, with comfortable beds. Our boys appreciated having Jenga blocks to play with.

Football and remote work

Great place to both get remote work done, two of us were able to have enough space. And it wasnt too far from Lambeau.

Comfortable

There was a few things broken oven handle and towel ring in bathroom. Also no wash towel for kitchen and only one wash cloth for showering. Otherwise beds were great location was wonderful. Cute house and quiet neighborhood ! Would stay again!

Great location, clean house

My 2nd time at this property and everything was as expected. Everything was clean. We enjoy staying because its close to our 4 day event. We use it mainly for sleeping and showering because of our long days but it works well. Easy to park, walk in and sleep, wake up, and go. Hoping to stay again for our next event

Perfect!

We stayed here for 11 days. It’s great! We’ll appointed, offstreet parking, clean , spacious and a huge smart tv. Neighborhood is very quiet and well lit. Just three blocks from the bike trail/walking path. Just three blocks in the other direction is a coffee/bagel shop and supermarket. Everything was great! Internet was strong. The bathroom is on the second floor - would have been great to have a half bath on first floor. I highly recommend staying here. If anyone has issues with stairs this might not be ideal for them but otherwise it’s a wonderful spot.

Responsive Management

My daughter and I stayed for a week in early December while visiting family. The house has all the basics. The beds were great and having access to a washer, dryer was helpful. It was simple to get to anywhere in Green Bay and there is a grocery store nearby. It has a fabulous, huge tv. We did have a few issues that were immediately addressed by the management company . We appreciated their responsiveness very much. It is a very basic place and lacked the warmth of a home. A few more pictures on the wall would make it more welcoming.
