Wonderful visit ! Vacation every day !!

Lovely house! Lovely neighborhood! Lovely owner ! Close to many amenities including Brownwood Paddock Square, Sawgrass, Fenney, Publix, CVS, a great coffee shop, pickleball, bike and cart trails, golfing, music, restaurants, shopping and much more. It was like being on a vacation for a month! The house had everything we needed including a golf cart! It was clean, quiet, safe and so much fun! The owner was very responsive and incredibly helpful. Definitely a great place to stay. I will miss it terribly.

Disappointing

The house and location are fine. Good space, screened porch, no remote for fireplace. The carpet has stains and the upholstery is very tired!

Perfect, just as described

Great location and everything inside seems brand new. Host was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. Even provided a welcome basket with snacks and wine! Will definitely stay again.

Exceeded our expectations. It was exactly as pictured, host communication was excellent and special touches including farm fresh eggs, and bottled water. Quiet neighborhood and a golf cart for our use. Highly recommend

Great Place

This place was just right! Close to the fun things to do. Bed was comfortable, and linens smelled wonderful. Fresh eggs were a nice touch. Communication with Megan was quick and helpful. Thanks for taking care of us!

Perfect for us.

We were in town for a family funeral, so it was a last minute booking, but it was perfect for us. The house is very nice and clean. Kevin and Megan went out of their way to make us comfortable.

Beautiful Home

The house was very nice; very tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Golf cart was great too, pretty easy ride to Brownwood. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone else.

Amazing vacation house!

The house was immaculate, comfortable, well stocked, and simply delightful. We’re so thankful to have found this gem, complete with fresh eggs in the fridge and a bottle of wine as a welcome. Hosts were amazing!

We loved it

This Beautiful home is meticulously cared for and stocked with all the necessities for a great vacation. The location is great with anything you could need just minutes away (by golf cart). Communication will the the host (Megan) was easy and she answered all my question quickly. Highly recommended. So many rentals use furniture that looks great in pics but not so nice to use. Everything is comfortable and clean ,but still looks very nice. The floor plan is called moonstone. The kitchen has space and a flow that many custom houses would live to have. Megan left us some special treats when we arrived that we’re delicious, I’m positive she will do the same for you. This was the best Vrbo rental we ever had! Thanks for sharing with us.

Super Home!

Home was exactly as pictured and as described in the listing. Host was extremely engaged in the process leading up to and including check-in. Touched base during our stay to make sure all was good and was very welcoming. Neighborhood is super quiet. The beds and furniture are super comfortable, linens sparkling clean and the kitchen is stocked with all the items you’ll need for your stay. We only had 3 nights and finally on the last afternoon had an opportunity to take the golf cart for a spin and it was also super clean, fun and put a bow on our short stay. Would return again in a minute. Highly recommend!!

Everything that you need.

The location is great. Surrounded by water and walking trails. Included 4 seat golf cart can't be beat. Very quiet neighborhood. No complaints.

Great Place to stay. Clean. Convenient. Quiet.

Stayed here with my husband and our 2 small girls. My daughter was horse showing at WEC. We have family in The Villages. it was a 40 minute drive to WEC with no traffic. 1 hour with accidents and spring break traffic but this was anticipated and still manageable. The villa location was perfect to meet up with family at Brownwood square, a nice golfcart ride and great entertainment. very close to a pool and publix.

Beautiful place in convenient Villages location!

Everything about Megan & Kevin's place was perfect for my family's trip to The Villages. The house looks brand new, was sparkling clean, and has a number of cozy touches. Personally, I thought the place was larger in person than it looked in the photos. The living room was comfy, there is plenty of seating for meals between the table, the counter and island, and the kitchen is quite large with full sized appliances and plenty of cabinets to store your goodies. The washer-dryer are full-sized, too. Even took the golf cart out - which is in very good shape - has a rumble seat so 4 people can be accommodated for transportation, or 2 people with golf bags. The location of the house within The Villages is quite convenient. The house is in one of the newer sections, and very close to the Riverbend and Everglades facilities and community walking trails. It is also close to a large strip mall with several restaurants, a variety of services and a large, well-stocked Publix grocery store. It was very easy to get there from the main highways. Megan and Kevin are also great hosts! The are very organized so check-in and check-out was a breeze, and everyone was on the wifi lickety-split. We also had a few disruptions to our plans before we arrived and Megan was as accommodating and helpful as could be, which was very much appreciated. She even brought over an air mattress when an additional family member joined us unexpectedly. And, as if all of that was not enough, they left us a dozen fresh eggs and a nice bottle of wine as a welcome gift. I would definitely return to Megan & Kevin's place! It's really nice, in a good location, and we had a great stay.

Location, location, location! It's so convenient to get to so many hopping spots in the Villages. And when designing the home we wanted a soothing palette with an edgy vibe that says style. We named our home after our adorable Granddaughter Scarlett. I mean - how could you not when it's located on Rhett Road?! And frankly my dears....we think she loves it!

Our favorite part of our home is the screened Lanai. The way the home is positioned on the lot, it feels absolutely private back here. We furnished it with comfort and a fireplace - you could almost imagine you're at Tara.
