Our beautifully furnished home's location in the Village of Fenney is ideal, just 1/2 mile from Fenney Grill and Fenney pool and rec center (billiards, games, fitness center (weights and cardio), short drive to Publix and Magnolia shopping center. Conveniently close to BROWNWOOD, SAWGRASS and new EASTPORT town squares (music, dining, shopping), 20 minutes by golf cart, (included with rental!) or car. You’ll love the SPACIOUS OPEN LAYOUT with AMAZING LANAI with both glassed-in and screened-in sections. The kitchen is equipped with EVERYTHING you need, an electric stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. TV sets throughout the house (master, living room, bedrooms, lanai). Gas golf cart included with your stay (optional; waiver required). Separate laundry room with Washer/Dryer, ironing board/iron. 5 min. drive to Executive Golf Courses (and short game practice area!). This home is the perfect place and location for enjoying all The Villages has to offer including nightly music/dancing in all 5 squares, tennis, pickleball, pools, rec centers with shuffleboard, horseshoes, cornhole…the list goes on!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The house truly felt like a home away from home and was clean and inviting. We appreciated how responsive Chris was to any questions we had. The location can't be beat, being so close to Fenney, and we loved that the neighborhood was wonderfully quiet, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Immaculate Home in Villages

A great stay in a newer home that is very nicely decorated. All the amenities you could ask for. This home is a Gem!! The location is perfect.

Enjoyed it!

We have relatives who live in the neighborhood but we wanted to stay nearby rather than intrude. This house worked perfectly for us. It was super comfortable and convenient, and had everything you could need for a home away from home. Shopping and activities are easily accessible via car or golf cart, and the owners were friendly and responsive. We would stay here again next time we're in the area.

Perfection in The Villages

Could not be more pleased with our stay at this property! Chris was very communicative and the home was immaculate. Beds were super comfy, bathrooms were spotless, towels and toiletries were provided, neighborhood was gorgeous and in a great location. I can’t say enough good things about this place. My parents are now thinking about moving down there!

Nice place

It was so nice to have a comfortable home to stay in, especially when we had a problem, we were allowed to stay past our leave date, very good of owner. Neighborhood was very nice and safe. We had fun with the golf cart. The extras were OF GOOD USE, beach towels, small cooler, lawn chairs. A good experience!

Perfect!

What an amazing stay! Our only wish is that it was longer!The house is beautiful, clean, and fully stocked- exceeded our expectations! We are a family of 6 (4 kids ages 11-1) and had plenty of space! The location is very convenient! We enjoyed so many of the wonderful amenities that The Villages have to offer! Right in the neighborhood is a fantastic pool, delicious Grill, a nature trail and a beautiful walking/exercise park. Easy golf cart drive to the Everglades rec center and shopping, and down to Brownwood square for entertainment! The check in and check out process was a breeze. Communication with the hosts were great - very responsive and helpful! We cannot wait to stay again!

We looked all over the Villages and settled in Fenney for a few reasons: 1: natural beauty (mature live oaks with Spanish moss and the Fenney nature trail, 2. proximity to amenities (Fenney Grill, Edna's on the Green, 4 executive golf courses, easy ride to Sawgrass, Eastport and Brownwood squares. You can get anywhere by cart!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Guests have unanimously praised the layout, decor, and extras. All you need to bring is your swimsuits, dancing shoes and golf clubs. The kitchen is fully equipped and the Lanai is super peacefull. The neighborhood is very quite .
