Our two-story house, managed by Sundazed Vacation Hospitality, is designed to make you feel like you`ve escaped to a tropical paradise. From the moment you drive up and see the lush landscaping and U-shaped driveway, you`ll feel instantly relaxed. Our backyard abuts to a canal pier, perfect for storing your boat. And with enough space for large gatherings, The Palms is also an ideal spot for weddings and other events.

The house itself boasts two kitchens, two living rooms, and a suite connected by a laundry room. The open floor plan of the main house allows for a direct view of the canal and Sylvan Beach. Downstairs, we have two spacious rooms with their own bathrooms, as well as a separate suite with its own bathroom. The master bedroom even has a canal view for you to wake up to.

Upstairs, you`ll find another kitchen, living room, and bathroom, giving you the feeling of two separate houses in one. And don`t forget about our private pool. Heated to a comfortable 82 degrees, with its own sound system, TV, and direct access to a bathroom, the pool is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation rain or shine.

For even more entertainment, head to our game center complete with a bathroom, pool table, and dart board. And for our guests with furry friends, pets are welcome for an additional fee, but please let us know in advance.

There`s easy and quick access to Sylvan Beach, and we`re conveniently located just 20 miles from the Syracuse Hancock Airport, SU and Utica College. Plus, we`re just a short walk or bike ride to the lake house casino, and within 15-20 minutes of four major casino and golf resorts. There`s also a variety of restaurants and shops just a few minutes away.
