Beautiful house and location! We all loved it. Comfortable beds, lots of congregating areas, great kitchen... The pool and sauna were fabulous. If we ever come back to the area, we would definitely choose this house again! Thank you so much!

Family getaway

Beautiful home with everything you need for great family vacation. Best rental we have ever stayed at. Close to beach and shopping. Great time was had by all.

Pool is very well maintained. Host was very responsive. Home was well equipped and safe for Littles. Kitchen was well stocked. Ample Supplies for the beach and outdoor activities.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The entire family had an incredible time enjoying all of the fun things this property had to offer. Plenty of comfortable spaces and things to do. The onsite swimming pool was a big hit and made for a very memorable experience for our kiddos. Great host family and the location is spectacular. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Great place to stay for (multiple)families. Tons of space, large tables for puzzles and eatings. Lots of amenities including puzzles, games, toys for young kids, ping pool table, pool table and our kids favorite the indoor pool. Kayaking across the pond was also fun.

It was the perfect house for our family ! We all loved the pool, the beach at Kirk park and watching the sunset at Koui Park. There was so much space for everyone . Wonderful memories made !

We were very disappointed in the water behind the house it was scummy looking our grandsons would not go in it they tried fishing all they got was algae and my grandsons are over 6 foot the bunk beds we’re useless such big house only 3 beds

We appreciate you taking the time to write a review, though we are surprised by your rating. Our property overlooks a natural pond, which naturally contains algae and weed growth, which is seasonal. Because it is an undisturbed natural habitat, it is not suitable for swimming. We also have a sign heading down towards the pond which states this as well. Regarding the layout, our listing explicitly details the total bed count and room configurations, including the bunk beds, so guests can ensure the space aligns with the size and heights of everyone in their party. Of course, we have more than 3 beds as your review erroneously stated. We always encourage guests to review listing descriptions carefully to ensure a property matches their group's specific needs.

Family Fun

This vacation exceeded our expectations. The house was even larger than we thought. Lots of fun things to do. Lots of fun areas for various family members to interact. We also love the area being close to Holland Michigan and not far from Grand Haven.Everyone said they would like to come there again!

Amazing house!

This house is so spacious, and perfect to accommodate the 1 year old, 4 year old and 8 year old we had with us! Toys everywhere for the kids and so many fun things for the adults. The kids swam every day, adults fished in the pond, and everyone had plenty of space to relax. Wonderful house, great communication with the host as well.

Ideal setup for families with young children

We had multiple families with children from 1-7 staying with us and this home was perfectly set up for all ages. We loved the indoor pool and the large selection of puzzles and games at the house. The pond and kayaks were a great bonus if the property, and access to Lake Michigan was also very easy. Jennifer was a great host and was incredibly responsive. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Family Gathering

We needed a place for cousins and our college- aged kids to make some memories before the kids head back to school in the fall. This place was perfect—so much to do in the house—the indoor pool was a BIG hit and plenty of group spaces so when we adults were ready to call it a night, the young adults could hang out without disturbing anyone in need of sleep. We also took quick trips to Downtown Holland, Holland State Park. Great location! Great house! Great trip!

Wonderful stay and great host!

We visited as a family of 8 adults and 1 child. We all were very comfortable and had plenty of space for together time and alone quiet time. The house had so much for kids that it was a shame we only had 1 toddler because it’s equipped with a lot of fun things for kids including books and toys. We loved how close it was to holland and grand haven for shopping and fun activities. Our host was very communicative and very quick with questions asked. We would definitely come back and stay here again! Thanks so much for the great memories made :)

Wonderful place for a Mini reunion!

This location is perfect for a group of friends/family. There is plenty of room and much to do! The kitchen is well-stocked with spices and seasoning and equipment. The water is well water but they have filtered water available on each floor so there is no need to bring any. The hosts are gracious and accommodating. We would love to revisit this location!
