Great unit rented for business trip for 2 co-workers plenty of room, stay was for 4 weeks. House is as described along with pics. This unit is a little more updated than next door which we also stayed at, but both units were great. Neighbors a little noisy with music outside on the weekends but that's the only complaint.

Family-friendly, kitchen set up to cook a meal for the family. The bedrooms are very clean, the bathrooms are very clean and very well stocked with towels and items needed for bathing and shampooing your hair. Overall the unit is very well stocked for taking care of the family. Good location, about 3 minutes from downtown Lawrenceville, grocery stores and not to far from 316 and 85.

Great experience

This was a perfect little duplex for 4 adults and 1 teen. It was really clean and updated. I don't think we had neighbors so it was also quiet. Would definitely stay again if we come back.

Nice location and great house

It was a touch and go in locating a place to stay for the funeral but it turned out to be so close to the funeral home and therefore limited lots of travel. It helped me to get over the management of the funeral for my brother while also taking care of the accommodation for my family. Thanks and will be looking at more VRBO units in future when I travel instead of hotel

We rented this property so that we could attend the Petit Le Mans Race thhis weekend. The location was perfect. The inside has been update recently and the amedities were greatly appreciated. The little things like providing shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, and dishwasher soap. The place was impecably clean. I would highly recommend this location id you need a place near the Buford, GA area!

Great place !

I was concerned at first because it's a duplex but I NEVER heard anything from the people next door! Very quiet house for being on a busy street. HIGHLY recommend!

F

Property was great, clean and all amenities were as advertised. Communication with property manager was fine, received timely responses. My only concern was that there was almost constant foot, bicycle and auto traffic in front of the property. Be aware that even though the property is on a residential street, cars come by very quickly and all of that traffic can make it a bit difficult to get in and out at times. Other than that the location was good, covenient to everything around Lawrenceville.

Lovely Property

The house was perfect for four adults/two little ones. We’ll appointed - cute and comfortable furnishings and spotless! The property manager/owner was very responsive and gracious with an early check-in. I would definitely recommend this VRBO in lieu of a hotel stay. We’ll definitely be back!
