Welcome to a stylish, newly renovated and comfortable home that will make you feel at home! Outdoor Sensor lights and cameras for safety! This cozy home is located on a 1.5 acres with plenty of woods to explore! The home is equipped with all necessities in bedrooms, kitchen and an office. The oversized tv will help you relax and enjoy your time while with loved ones! Yes, smart tv’s are in bedrooms as well!
Free parking is included up to 3 vehicles. * This property is less than 2 miles from hwy 985. Chateau Elan winery & Golf is just a beautiful place to visit about 15 min away.
*Lake Lanier, Lake Lanier Lodge and MargaritaVille is minutes away. A stroll to the park is less than 1.5 miles away! Shopping centers are less than 5min away. “Mall of Georgia” is about 12 min away! A trip to the mountains is 45min north and yes it’s very exciting to visit the fruit/veggie farms! On the way back! ***P.S. yes we allow kids all ages, but we want to point out that this property is near the road! *** we allow 1 pet dog per booking. Dog only up to 25lbs.

The manager lives down the street. The location is so perfect due to near by shopping, restaurants, Lake Lanier activities, Chateau Elan and Road Atlanta Race. These are some of the few attractions that are families enjoys, and we share everything we know with the guest as well.
