Amazing location! 3 blocks from the Pearl Street Mall. Quiet neighborhood near fantastic restaurants and coffee houses. This 4 bedroom and 2 full bath townhouse has completely been redone inside and out. We only use natural cleaners and have a hepa air purifier. The abundance of plants and trees in the front yard makes this a beautiful urban oasis!

The owner was very easy to work with. The owner responded to communications / requests right away. The property was just as it was described and was within walking distance of the Pearl Street Mall, a lovely shopping & dining district. I would definitely recommend staying at this place.

Very convenient to shops, restaurants, night life. We are a family of 6 adults, one child and we loved the convenience. We also love to cook in at home and the kitchen could've used a few more items to help with that. We communicated this to the owner and he may do some updates around that in the future. Plenty of room for us and the beds were comfortable. Nice little back yard and front yard. The price was right!

Great location, decent space, dirty bathrooms. We came here for an adult mother-daughter girls trip September 8-11. The house is located right off of Pearl Street and was an excellent location for shopping and dining (Japango, Avanti, Sweetgreens). We had a Vegan, Vegetarian and Carnivore in our party and had no problem finding food for all! The thrifting on Pearl street was great (Apocalypse, The Loop, 2nd Street). Chautauqua Hiking is close as well. There are some great local bookstores for any bibliophiles. The main floor bedroom was large, but the bathroom was so small we had to stand next to the toilet to close the door which was blocking off the sink. The bathtub and shower were dirty and there were used towels hung on the bathroom door. The bathroom upstairs was similarly small and missing some floor tiles. The upstairs bedrooms were an adequate size. The water on the refrigerator was not working. The only mountain view is from the upstairs window and it isn’t much. This is a duplex so noise from the unit next door can be heard. There are board games. There is a hair dryer. The parking is weird and our Chevy Blazer stuck out of the driveway which seems to be ok in this area. I wouldn’t recommend a vehicle longer than that. The closet space was good. Overall the location was good but we wish it was cleaner.

I’ve never had a guest complaint about anything dirty. Why didn’t you tell me there was a problem when you first came there? I talk to you. We cleaned it for two hours right before you were there.

The house is perfectly located, near restaurants and shops, and stadium.All bedrooms are spacious.Bathrooms are small but manageable.We would definitely stay again if the occasion comes

Excellent Multi Bed Near Downtown Boulder

Stayed here with 4 friends and had a blast! Has everything you could want: proximity to downtown, lots of beds, big TV, good kitchen, tables to play games on! Highly recommend!***Minor correction to the listing, it's actually 3 Queen Beds and 1 King instead of 2 and 2.

A fantastic spot to stay in Boulder

Great spot, right next to Pearl Street. Can walk to everything down Pearl Street and an easy walk to campus for football games. This is an ideal spot to stay on game day, or to just enjoy all the fun things to do in Boulder.

You cant beat the spot. Everything is walking distance. So much fun! Nicely furnished kitchen, back seating area, and 4 bedrooms.

memorable stay!

The place was able to fit our family of 7 perfectly. The location right off Pearl street made going around so easy. The house is just as described and the house had everything needed in a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again if staying in Boulder.

Marks place was excellent for a family of four. Well stocked and very comfortable. Location is stellar, and has parking! Nights were surprisingly quiet given the downtown location. Mark stopped by around check in to make sure everything was satisfactory. AC was also nice in July, although I doubt you’d need it in the spring or fall.
