Stayed for CU parents weekend. Easy drive/uber to camps. Very clean with little touches. Host was very responsive through whole process!

The hosts did a great job with the property decoration, amenities and all. It was great for us to visit Denver for a friends wedding and be able to work a bit remote from the apartment while we were in town. We loved the decor and everything in the kitchen was well stocked for us to be super comfortable. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Boulder, CO property. The owner, Lisa, was very responsive and provided all necessary information for smooth check in and out. The location was nicely located in a residential area that allowed us to walk our dog around. It was also close to shopping, dining, and Pearl Street areas as well as the expressway. The property itself was comfortable, very clean, and great place to unwind after a day of exploring. As reference, our party consisted of two adults and one small dog. We highly recommend staying here for those looking for a quiet, comfy place in Boulder.

We had an amazing Easter weekend at this adorable condo. Lisa was great to work with. She put so much thought and effort into making a comfortable and welcome space for her guests. We loved the coffee station, cute decor, and spending time on the lovely balcony. Thanks Lisa! We will be back for sure!

This condo is adorable and has everything our family of 4 could possibly want! Super comfy beds (even the bunk beds!) Nicely stocked kitchen- the air fryer was nice for quick meals! Close to amenities, hiking, climbing, swimming… Tubing on the river was a favourite! Highly recommend!

Excellent place to stay in Boulder. Condo was very clean and located close to everything. Owner was very responsive to questions. All the little extras is what made the stay great: coffee/tea and creamer provided and various toiletries including shampoo,conditioner and body wash made it that much more special than other places we’ve stayed in. Walden Ponds and the Shanahan trail are close and excellent for birding, easy to walk even if you are not used to the elevation.Highly recommend Postino, T/ACO, Avanti Center ( Rooted Craft Kitchen has an excellent burger) Overall couldn’t have had a better stay!

Very clean and modern condo. Host was very responsive and kind. In window AC definitely worked to keep the place cool in the summer. There are grass areas surrounding the condo which was nice for our dog!

Stay was great. Check in was super easy. Place was clean, and Lisa was always available to answer questions right away. She did great! We would stay here again, but probably not with six people. My husband and I slept on the couch, which was fine because it was comfy, but this would fit 4-5 perfect. I also didn’t realize the laundry was not in the apartment. There is one located just a short walk in the complex. Overall, this was a great place to be! (Safeway is just across the street, so that was nice).

Great spot on Baseline Road! Very close to campus if you have a need to visit. The balcony is absolutely glorious in the morning. No direct sun and you can see the front range right there. Parking is very easy and covered (which came in handy!). Doors and walls are well insulated. We could hear people upstairs walking around in the morning but the noise level was very low. I only heard it in the kitchen/living room and it never disrupted our stay. We didn't have time to use the pool, but it is right around the corner and looked very inviting! There is laundry on-site. Be advised, if you are here in the summer, that room get's quite toasty and has very little ventilation. We used it without any issues.Proximity to the Meadows on the Parkway Shopping Center is huge. There's a Safeway, restaurants, liquor store, and Walgreens. You are only a few minutes drive to downtown Boulder as well. Great spot!

We're so glad you enjoyed the balcony views, convenient covered parking, and our location with easy access to CU, downtown Boulder, and the nearby shopping center. It's great to hear the quiet atmosphere added to your stay. We also appreciate you mentioning the summer warmth in the bedrooms. During the hotter months, we provide portable A/C units and fans to help keep guests comfortable, and we're always looking for ways to improve the experience. I believe adding split AC units will be our next step to help out during June-August. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we'd love to welcome you back the next time you're in Boulder!
