Great cute place to stay! An older home but very spacious. Only con was that there was no sponge in the sink lol and not a lot of options for dishes for cooking.Otherwise clean and nice!

This is an older house and is definitely showing wear and tear- however it’s well kept and clean and was fine for an overnight stay. The only downside was the AC was set at 80 for our arrival. On a 100 degree day and arriving close to bedtime it made for a hot sleep as the air took a while to come down to temp. But otherwise it was a good stay and as pictured.

The walls were dirty, the food out couch and bunks were dirty, and the bunk bed was so wobbly we did not feel safe using it. We arrived after dark and the street was pitch black and no lights were on the house, so it was uncomfortable to approach and make sure we were even at the right address. It lists a washer and dryer- they were in an exterior building and absolutely disgusting. It was extremely overpriced for the quality we encountered.

This property is listed on the other major short term site, and it has over 200 5-star reviews. This guest never mentioned any issues with the property to us at all. The street has new street lights, so I have no idea why she said it was so dark. We’re sorry she didn’t feel the property was up to her standards, but it’s extremely difficult to rectify a problem that we’re never made aware of
