Renters will be required to sign a lease agreement and application to rent which is subject to approval by the Community Association and cost of USD150 to be paid by the renter (this amount is included in the host fees so you will not be paying twice). In addition, a background check will be conducted by the Association at a cost of USD40 per person (not included in the host fees). This process takes a minimum of 2 weeks to complete from the time the association forms are completed and submitted.
