One-car garage plus parking for a car in the driveway. Tamarind Cay has a private pool & hot tub with restrooms, outdoor shower and grilling area. Spread out in 7 furnished rooms. The principal BR has a walk-in closet and sliding door to the lanai; the main bath has a huge soaking tub and separate shower. There two bright guest bedrooms, a dining room with seating for 6 (with lake view and sliding door to lanai) and a cozy den. It's 4 miles to Ft. Myers beach & guests can use our bikes! At Gulf Harbour, you can walk or ride a bike to a 1/2 mile sandy path along the Caloosahatchee River. The furnishings are tasteful and in great condition. We welcome responsible adults (occupancy limit of 3/4). 30-day minimum lease; the community association must approve all tenants. (A fee applies.) No animals, outdoor grilling, or smoking. We check references. NOTE: From January 1 through March 31 (high season) a 60+ day minimum lease is required (lease extensions possible). Tenants must sign lease before booking is final. There is a fee (approx $200) for lease review and approval by the management company (renter pays); detailed background information on tenants is required.
PLEASE NOTE: Followong Hurricane Ian, amenities may be limited temporarily. The pedestrian bridge to the riverfront was destroyed and will not be replaced until late 2023, subject to county permitting.
