First and foremost the host (Nicole) is great at communicating and that made our stay effortless! The property is beautiful and well maintained. All the amenities we needed to have a great getaway for 8 people (two families on spring break with pre high school kids), easy access to the lake and Havasu City. I hope we have an opportunity to stay here again!

Great location, lots of room!!

There were 10 of us in a family river trip. There is plenty of room for everyone, their cars and our boat which we were able to park in the large garage.

Acerca del anfitrión

Anfitrión: Nicole James

Lakeview Lodge is a family-owned home that we truly love sharing. I am a dedicated baseball mom who understands how important it is to have a comfortable, relaxing place to come back to after a full day of fun. We’ve put a lot of care into making this home feel welcoming, easy, and memorable for every guest. We hope you love it as much as we do 🤍

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We fell in love with this neighborhood for its peaceful feel, beautiful lake views, and close proximity to everything Lake Havasu has to offer. It’s quiet and comfortable, yet just minutes from the lake, boat launches, and local favorites. It truly gives you the best of both worlds—relaxation and convenience.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

One of the most special features of Lakeview Lodge are the lake views you can enjoy from so many areas of the home—including the kitchen, living room, master bedroom, hallway and backyard. Unlike many homes in the area,

The home is also ideally located close to the water and just minutes from the London Bridge and downtown, making it quick and easy to enjoy the lake, restaurants, shops, and local attractions.

Inside, the home stands out with its beautiful vaulted wood ceilings and unique architectural design—something you don’t often see in Lake Havasu. Combined with the open floor plan and thoughtfully designed spaces, it’s the perfect place to relax, entertain, and truly enjoy your time here.
