Thank you for sharing your experience, Kenneth. We're glad you appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and quality towels, but sincerely apologize that other aspects of your stay fell short of expectations. Unfortunately, a scheduling error sent our plumber to the wrong property, delaying the repair until Wednesday. We take responsibility for that oversight. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the grill and bedding. While we use a hotel-style linen system, we understand that comfort is what matters most. We're reviewing these concerns and making improvements to provide a better experience for future guests. Thank you again for your feedback.

We greatly appreciate your positive feedback! It's wonderful to hear that our management team was able to assist you whenever you had questions or needed assistance. Providing exceptional service and support to our guests is a top priority, and your kind words are a testament to our commitment. Should you ever have more questions or require anything in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out. We look forward to serving you again in the future!

We're pleased to hear that the house met your expectations and provided a quiet and convenient location for your trip, with easy access to grocery stores and shopping areas, Elizabeth. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with the supply of toilet paper and dish pods. We appreciate your understanding that the initial provision of these items is meant to get guests started. However, we understand how important it is to have ample supplies, especially with a newborn and bottles to wash. Your feedback regarding this matter is valuable, and we will take it into consideration to ensure that future guests are well-informed about the supply situation. If you plan to visit the area again in the future, we would be honored to welcome you back and provide you with an even more enjoyable stay.

Christine was a wonderful guest that id absolutely host and recommend to other hosts.
