Great week with friends

The property was perfect for 3 couples. 3 bathrooms is appreciated. Very clean and near all the commodities. The Beach is Small but you can walk to the bigger one just a few minutes from the appartment. The kitchen is well équiped. We had a great time.

PERFECT LOCATION ON 7- MILE BEACH

This condo was just perfect for our family of 5. We enjoyed having space and a washer and dryer. The complex has a great crew that maintains the property daily. The pool was enjoyed by all and the blue water for endless snorkeling, was just steps from our door. Easy walk or scooter or ride to many shops , restaurants, bars and more close to safe harbor to book your sting ray city adventures ,10 minutes to the turtle farm and 10 minute drive into George Town We will miss this condo- it was a much needed vacation!

Vacation

The property was perfect for our beach vacation. We rented a car for our restaurant outings, but we were able to walk to lunch and shopping. We enjoyed evenings on the deck. We used the kitchen for breakfast and heating up our leftovers. Having 3 bathrooms was perfect for us, and having a washer and dryer was so convenient! Best of all, the beach was absolute perfection! This was our first family VRBO booking, and it won’t be our last!

Vacation Time

It was a perfect location, everything was close by, easily with in walking distance. Very nice pool, beach was good. Good restaurants close by

Great well stocked condo

We were three couples that stayed in this condo for five nights. It was clean and well stocked with coffee makers and a blender, snorkel gear, water, toys, and beach towels. Great location walkable to Camana Bay restaurants, and a liquor store right across the street. The beach is not great in front of the property but a 10 to 15 minute walk took us to a beautiful beach. The owner was very receptive to us.

Vacation 2023 Getaway!

Great location!! Convenient to all stores and even grocery store in walking distance!! Convenient grocery delivery if you choose not to walk. Great locations for local hangouts and restaurants like Coconut Joe's and Pepper just to name a few! Property right at beach....everyone very friendly.

Great Stay

The condo was exactly as described. Plenty of room for our party of 5. Lots of dining options across the street and down the block. We enjoyed drinks and food every day at the beach club (a minute walk) down the beach.

Lovely Family Vacation....

Our family of 19 traveled to the Caymans from Maryland and stayed at the Coral Reef. We had a fantastic trip! The condo was centrally located and allowed us to enjoy the ocean, restaurants and other local attractions. We will be back!

Family Vacation

We had a great time. The condo was nice, and the location fantastic. Snorkeling right off of the beach is OK. The beach at the condo is small, but one of the better ones in the area, since some places don't have any beach right now.

Amazing host perfect location 30 second walk to an amazing beach with snorkel places right off the beach fantastic beach bar right next door overlooking the seven mile beach. Fantastic dinner places 5 minute walk, fosters across the street perfect location this place has it all!

Absolutely amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The place was clean, fully stocked with everything we needed and the perfect location. The resort was beautiful and the beach was even nicer. The property manager was extremely kind and accommodating, which was really nice because you don't always find that with rentals. The location was perfect - right in the middle and walking distance to so many stores and restaurants. Overall, great experience and I would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the Cayman Islands.

Cayman Reef Resort #14

I am a frequent visitor to CI and to CCR. First time in this Unit. This unit is airy, spacious and lovely. Very pretty decor - wise. Awesome couch. Great balconies. Centrally located. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so great. A/C worked well. TV was a little complicated but had working Netflix - plus. Ample towels, beach towels - plus - though the beach towels were pretty tired/beat. Well equipped kitchen/glassware and silverware. No spatulas. Nothing amenity wise was provided as far as shower soap, laundry detergent, etc. The sinks had liquid soap. There was salt and pepper in the cupboard; nothing else. The light coming in from the bedroom patio sliders was disruptive; the room was illuminated with light. Blackout shading would be far better. Sleep masks recommended and ear plugs if you're not ready to rise with the roosters at 5:00 am. We all loved having the throw blankets - that was a plus. I did not give this property 5 stars because there was no coffeemaker. This was a big minus / HUGE downer but fortunately I was able to borrow one from a neighbor. The available Keurig was not at all ideal especially for a group. My experience with the communication with the owner was not at all hospitable, personable, warm or friendly. Response time was adequate but the rapport/responses were cold and ungracious. While the room per night price point was good, the obnoxious fees and add on costs would deter me from renting this unit again.

Paradise Found

This property is perfect for a family vacation. The condo was clean and spacious, and had all the things we needed for a home away from home. The location on the beach was fantastic. Plenty of chairs and space for everyone - when you overlook the few people that save chairs from 7am and never show up until noon! There are many amenities within walking distance and everyone is so nice and kind. Our only "concern" was the door was unlocked when we arrived and we were unable to lock it ourselves using the code given to us. We spent some time going back and forth with the host and property manager to get it resolved. Otherwise, this location and the property are a slice of heaven!
