My name is Sonny and my wife and I love to travel. We are a young family and truly value having a space conducive to everyone enjoying themselves no matter their age. We have traveled extensively and stay in many short term rentals. When we put our home together for short term rental we took the observations we had from our years of traveling together both before our children and after and tried to make a space that had everything we appreciated when we stay somewhere. We are interested in quality over quantity and know that experiences and memories are more valuable than any material item. We are very particular about cleanliness and it took some time, but we found a cleaning team who we are very proud to work with because they care about it as much as we do. Our family comes to enjoy this property ourselves every few months and that gives us a great opportunity to keep an eye on things and make improvements where they are needed. This place is special to us and we hope that your family and friends can find as much peace and happiness here as we have.

Burnsville is in a unique nexus of small town living in the world of 40 years ago, and at the same time undergoing a renaissance into an extension of Asheville where people can be whatever they want and food and drink reign supreme. Our little neighborhood is surrounded by artists and farms with very friendly cows, and is nestled into a mountain so you feel like you are in a world that moves at a much slower pace. Yet just 35 minutes away you can be in the city of Asheville with food, entertainment, and adventure at your fingertips. If you travel ten minutes the other direction you are in the town of Burnsville walking the town square and antiquing. This is just the perfect location to have the best of both worlds and that is so nice especially when generational families visit because everyone can find something engaging to do. The very best fun though is just being together and enjoying the home with all of the amenities we offer because you don't have to go anywhere- everything you need is right here.

It's very important to us to cater to a discerning clientele. We are careful not to allow groups who are there to party and disrespect the property. It's in a peaceful area in a quaint little town with close access to Asheville and the best foodie scene in the Southeastern United States. We have upscale amenities and focus on cleanliness so that the experience of each guest is truly 5 star. We have a property manager who lives close by and is available for any issues that arise, and we have a hospitality team that we worked very hard to put together to offer our guests extra services such as family photography, in home massage, private chef services, and more.
One of the best features of our house is that there are basically three separate areas. Each floor is like it's own little world and we have 3 king size suites so especially when you are traveling with other people, we know how important it is to have your own space to retreat to and yet also have communal areas where everyone can be together if they want to. We really feel like our house does that well. With three master suites and an entire floor for the youngsters, along with the sprawling decks and outdoor amenities, everyone can have their own space and still come together as a whole group. That helps a lot with family dynamics.
We know you have many choices of places to stay in the area. We look to succeed not by being the cheapest or the most common experience, but instead by being high quality and offering you unique amenities. We truly want you to have the best time ever. Whether you are a group of friends enjoying each others company, or a multi-generation family looking to spend some quality time together- this is the bespoke property to choose where you will have privacy and everything you need to enjoy your time, but also the care and attention of our team to whatever degree you want us involved.
