New Home on South Toe River, Pet Friendly

The Estatoe Oasis One sits directly on the South Toe River on 16 private acres - awesome views of the river and Celo Knob. This home, completed in 2022, sleeps 16: ten in upstairs bunk room, six in additional three king bedrooms. Main and upstairs bedroom both have en suite baths. Game room and workout room plus additional bedroom, full bathroom and laundry in basement. Two outdoor decks with fire pit, grill and two picnic tables on upper. Lower deck is adjacent to basement with outdoor games plus a bar, pool table, foosball, karaoke stage and two Xbox consoles.

Six kayaks and 16 tubes with life jackets provided.

An adjacent home, Estatoe Oasis Two, is coming soon! It is around 3400 sf and will sleep 8 people: four bedrooms each with it's own private bathroom!

All linens and toilet paper provided. Starter sets of paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags.

Absolutely one of the most beautiful houses we have stayed at. Very clean and cozy. The view from the back deck is breath taking. We will definitely be staying here again.

My family has enjoyed staying at the Estatoe Oasis for several years! The porch is the best place to read, nap, share meals and listen to the water and wildlife. The path down to the river is steep, but recent landscaping has made it so much easier to walk down and enjoy the water.

Everything about our stay at the Estatoe Oasis was just amazing!! The house was very clean and stocked with anything you could possibly need. The view was unbeatable and the best part for our nature loving family was being right on the river where we could swim and tube right out the back door! The game room was also a big hit for our family of 11 with both the pool and foosball tables, the gaming systems, and the karaoke stage!! Everything about this home was very well thought out and just made our trip that much more enjoyable and relaxing. Our family plans a mountain trip together every summer and this is a house that every one of us wants to return to on our future mountain trips!

This house has it all! It's situated on a gorgeous stretch of the river with ample floats, kayaks, and a canoe. There's even a firepit for relaxing next to the river after a day of water activities. The interior is perfect for large families with all the amenities you could ask for. The location is an easy drive to many sights and shopping. You'll be booking your next trip before you even check out!

This property exceeded our expectations and is even more beautiful in person than the photos. The hosts have thought of everything! This home is so thoughtfully designed and truly luxurious! From softest blankets in the livingroom to snuggle under, to little shelves with night lights and charging outlets next to every kid bed to an abundance of towels in each bathroom, games, tubes for the river, chairs, wine fridge, i mean, every little thig you could want or need, this home has it and more! The home is gorgeous and so well equipped. You can cook all your meals! Absolutely stunning property. We loved swimming and hanging out by the river, spending evenings on the decks, and kids were never bored! Highly recommend for families with kids and larger groups. Super comfortable beds and linens. Just cant say enough good things about this place and the hosts who were super quick to respond to answer any questions. We loved our family time here!!

From the moment you walk in, you feel at home. Everything you would ever need and more are provided! Clear and concise photo framed instructions for certain things are placed strategically around the home. Excellent timely response from owner. Beautiful landscape and river tubing was a hit by all. The dogs had a blast swimming and retrieving in the river! So peaceful and relaxing! Would love to be part of family and friends booking in the future! Thank you Sharon for your thoughtfulness in every space of the home! A TRUE GEM!

We loved staying here! The kitchen was the most well stocked we have seen in a vacation rental. The small details made this cabin the best part of our trip. We enjoyed family meals with the grill, the Xbox downstairs and the real fireplace. We would love to come back and experience the river in warmer weather.

There’s a reason this place has almost all 10 out of 10 reviews. Absolutely gorgeous cabin right above a beautiful river. It is a little workout to get down to the river and back, but worth it. Newly redone trail. We played around in the water, despite the cold temperatures. Spotted a bald eagle, played foosball, pool table, karaoke, games, puzzles, etc. Some great hiking and waterfalls within 20 or 25 minutes drive. Cabin was so well designed w high ceilings, big kitchen, huge decks, etc.

ANOTHER AMAZING VACATION!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we could not love it more! We had three generations on this vacation and everyone had such a good time! Sharon is amazing to work with! The kids are already planning our next trip!

Best week of the year!

This summer was our third time back at this house! We love the location in the woods and on the river. The house is always clean and well stocked and the owners are very quick to respond to questions.

We had the BEST time staying here. The house was by far the most well equipped rental we have ever stayed in. Everything you could possibly need for a large family. The beds were super comfy. Great communication with the owner! The location is so beautiful and the river was so fun. It is very steep getting down to the river but kids ages 3 up made it without a problem. We hope to come back very soon!

Fabulous family retreat!

We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful location and home! The bunk room and game room is perfect for large families. Can't wait to come back in warmer weather so we can use the kayaks and tubes! Really, a lot of thought went into the decor and comfort of this property.
