This is a newly renovated 3bedroom 2 bath home. Great location for people visiting NSU, Downtown Festivals or anyone wanting to spend a few days in Natchitoches. Walking distance to Downtown and less than a 5 minute drive to Wal Mart and most of the major restaurants in town. Exterior security lighting and cameras for your peace of mind. Parking is off of East 5th Street in the grass area near the side door. Our August Lock is located on the side door. This is allows easy access to the property for loading and unloading. There are steps inside the house. There are 2 steps in the master bedroom and a couple steps going from the main entrance into the kitchen area.

The home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. What really stood out was the owner—he was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating. Anytime we reached out, he responded right away and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. We truly appreciated how attentive and gracious he was throughout our stay. It’s always reassuring to rent from an owner who genuinely cares about his guests and is so easy to work with.

The most adorable house that was perfect for a weekend in Natchitoches. We loved all of the spaces especially the outside deck and hot tub. The house was well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Location is perfect for walking to the shops and restaurants on Front Street.Highly recommend..

We enjoyed our stay. We did not use the third bedroom since we didn’t have the two children with us.The only thing that would have been better for us would have been to have another seat in the living room.

Great Stay

Property was very clean. The interior smelled great and the beds are SO comfortable. It is walking distance from downtown. Great spot if you plan to visit.

The home was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the walk was easy to the downtown area. It was a great place to stay to enjoy the charming area for a weekend girls getaway. Communication with the host was excellent. Would stay here again.

Wonderful place. Very clean and tidy. We cooked meals and kitchen had everything we needed. We hung out and played games in living room and it was so cozy. Convenient location to walk to Front St. Host was great. Highly recommend it.

Great Little House!

This was the perfect little house for 3 old friends to meet and fellowship. It was clean and a great location for getting to old downtown.
