The property was well maintained and felt new. It was quite a hike to the beach, but it was not misrepresented. It’s the “nature of the beach” in that area of Dauphin Island.We would stay there again.

Family Vacation
The three bedroom / three bedroom condo unit worked well for us. The unit was well furnished and equipped. I t is beachfront but is a long walk to the beach behind the condo.

Our stay at Pelican Place
Such a beautiful condominium! We loved the fact that each bedroom had their own bathroom. Very clean and well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend. We will definitely rent from Jennifer again.

Family Vacation
Very nice place to stay! Quiet and peaceful! Enjoyed our family vacation! Only thing that was not good was the Wi-Fi connection.

We are so happy you had an amazing stay and love the location and our property. We hate that you decided to give us four stars based off of Internet, which is clearly listed that because we are on a barrier island, Wi-Fi and Internet may not be the best.

Great Stay!
We had a great stay! The property was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. It was easy to access for some elderly family members in our group, and the balcony was excellent. I’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property
We had a wonderful stay on Dauphin Island. Condo was a great size for what we needed. Clean, comfortable, well stocked. And a great location!

Nice, quick getaway.
Property was very nice and clean with a beautiful view. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Easy check in. Highly recommend.

Perfect getaway
Perfect place for our annual girls trip! Everything was clean and just as stated! We noticed that our balcony had all upgraded furnishings! Perfect location!

we had a wonderful 5 days - everything we hoped for and expected - loved Pelican Place and Dauphin Island - fully recommend Pelican Place, quiet, views, amenities, location - if we ever make it back to Dauphin Island, we know where we will be staying :)
