Beautiful third floor beachfront condo sleeps 6.
Enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico from your oversized balcony or take the short walk
down your private boardwalk to the sandy shores.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Each of
the three bedrooms are en suite, featuring a kind bed in the master,
King in the second, and Queen in the third bedroom.
Each bedroom has a TV providing cable. There is
a full sized washer and dryer in the unit.
Finally, enjoy the outdoor pools, one is extended season pool.

We were pleasantly surprised at the accommodations - beautifully decorated, plenty of room and a great view of the gulf. There were plenty of beach towels and beach toys, too. We had one rain day and used it to explore the island. I recommend the Sea Lab and Alabama Aquarium. The pool was nice, too, esp after the salt water. We ate all our meals in the condo and had everything we needed (except we were short on silverware). Wish we could have stayed longer.

The property was as it is described. A couple of things to note: very few washcloths, no dishcloth, the nonstick skillets were ruined —no nonstick coating left on them, one garbage bag, one roll of tissue in each bathroom. There were nice bath towels and beach towels and a nice heated pool!

Great Condo

This place was very nice. It had a few minor maintenance items that needed to be taken care of, but overall, the location and condo were wonderful! We would definitely stay here again!

Yearly, family beach week!

First time stay at Dauphin Island loved every moment! Loved the beautiful condo clean and very accommodating! Would absolutely return! Lots to do wonderful location loved the beach! Only complaint it went by way too fast! Highly recommend!

A Beautiful Condo!

Everything is superb about this condo - all of the amenities, comfortable beds and linens, well-stocked kitchen with pots/ pans/ utensils, beautiful views, and close to everything needed on the island. I would definitely go back!

Excellent apartment! High ceilings and beautiful view!

The check in process was a little confusing. You get keys at another building. It was pouring down rain so we were slightly confused. Other than that 100% awesome!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had an amazing time at the beachfront condo unit, be aware they will charge you for a non-refundable deposit for damages, only $50.00 however important with every other fee placed on top of all the fees already.

A great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our first vacation on Dauphin Island. It was such a quaint laid back place to visit. It was great to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and just enjoy the island. We are used to visiting more commercialized beaches, so the slower pace and lack of "touristy" stops was refreshing. The location of this rental was great. It was a nice walk to the beach and just a few steps to the pool. Being on the 3rd floor there was an unobstructed view of the beautiful beach. The location of the condo was a short drive to the local shops and eateries. There were a couple of disappointing things about the condo--not enough bath linens-there were only 5 washcloths and 8 towels for a condo that sleeps 8. We made do, but would definitely bring more next time. The beds and pillows weren't the most comfortable to sleep on. Seating in the living room seemed sparse. There was only a couch and oversized chair. Fortunately we were there for the beach and mostly hung out on the balcony but if all 8 in our party wanted to gather in the living room, half of us had to sit on the floor. And on the last day, we saw a mouse run from one of the bathrooms into the storage closet! We were getting ready to leave or I would have asked the desk for a mouse trap. Overall, it was a great, relaxing vacation and our family would visit again.

The condo was great. The only drawback was the distance to the ocean. Great view, great location. If you want a good, relaxed vacation without so much hustle, bustle, and distractions, this is your place. Great for family time. If you're looking for the bright lights and attractions, you need to go to Gatlinburg, Tn. or South Myrtle Beach.

Need drapes in Master bedroom that keeps the light out. Need more silverware. The air conditioner was set on 66 at night. We have to get up turn up.

Quiet Beachfront Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was easy. The gate code was changed the day before we left but a phone call got us in. The condo was spacious. Lots of room for 4 adults and 2 children. The deck was spacious and overlooking a spectacular view from the third floor. The kitchen was as expected with more than enough dishes, pans etc. tv and internet were all good. The pools were nice and never over crowded. We did a sunset cruise which was wonderful. We toured Fort Morgan which was interesting. We took a trip on the Ferry over to Orange beach(get there early to get a spot). Nice little gift shops and eating places within walking distance. There is a beautiful walking trail/ bird sanctuary near by. Traffic was never bad. We would definitely return. One of my favorite beaches!
