We very much enjoyed this cozy and comfortable space to use as our base for a visit to the north woods area around Minocqua. On the 2nd floor of a historic corner property, the modern renovated design of the unit make for a wonderful place to unwind, relax, and enjoy. The location was ideal for us, steps from the bearskin trail, waterways, coffee shops/cafes, dining, the library, a farm market, and more. I definitely would recommend if you like being near the hub of a charming town like this!Note also that if you are sensitive to street noise from outside, or find using a flight of stairs difficult to negotiate, this may not the the place for you. These were not negatives for us, but we all have our preferences. Thank you to the hosts for caring, they were excellent in their communications and helpfulness.

Perfect Place in Minocqua

Location was great, close to restaurants bike trail, and shopping. Very clean and comfortable, impressed with your decorator! Thank you for making our stay in Minocqua memorable. Highly recommend and will be back!

We loved our stay! The accommodations were clean, spacious beautifully decorated. We were right in the heart of town walking to shopping and eating. The Bearskin trail was a block a way for biking. We will be back!

Amazing Location & Great Hosts

The location of this VRBO is incredible! Right on main st and very walkable to restaurants, coffee shops & stores. Very close to the Bearskin Trail for walking and heading to the water. The hosts were very communicative and helpful with our stay & local recommendations. I hope to stay here again next time!

The VRBO was very nice and newly renovated. It was in the center of the business district of Minocqua.

Wonderful downtown condo!

This is our first time VRBO experience for my wife and me, and it will not be our last. This one-bedroom condo definitely exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness, decor and location were perfect for us. Would recommend this property and would stay here again!

Great location!

This was the perfect little place for a weekend getaway with my husband. It was super clean, and the location was great. We just had to walk downstairs, and we were on the Main Street filled with fun shops and restaurants! It rained all weekend, but the location made it easy to walk out and explore a bit when there were little breaks in the precipitation. We would definitely rent again!

Feces in the toilet when we arrived. Manager was rude. Interior is very nice. Great location

Hi Brian, Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that your stay was not up to our normal standards of cleanliness and satisfaction as you can see by our past reviews. The stain in the toilet was rust/iron from the water sitting in there and not being flushed when the property goes unused. We will use this information as a learning experience to get back on track and give the hospitality we are accustomed to putting out.
