What a perfect little cabin! It's cozy, quiet, and full of Northwoods charm. The kitchen was fully equipped, there were plenty of towels, and the beds were comfy. It's also perfectly located in a private little bay on spectacular Kawaguesaga. Brian, the host, was very quick to respond to any of our messages. Highly recommend!

The rooms were all very clean. The kitchen had every utensil we needed. There were plenty of towels. The lighting along the walkway could be brighter. The furnished bikes were nice enough.

Cabin was perfect for what we needed. Size was exactly what we needed so that we did not feel cramped. Decor was perfect for a cabin in the north woods of WI. Pier accommodated 2 fishing boats. We have already been talking about renting again next year.

We spent a very comfortable week at this home. We enjoyed being on a quiet part of the lake, but with easy access to Minocqua by boat or bike. Proximity to the Bearskin Trail was a huge plus for our active family.

Minocqua getaway

The property was as advertised and the cabin was cozy, clean, and comfortable. Checkin was easy and I would definitely stay here again. Wonderful cabin in the north woods.

Great cozy cabin, close to town

We stayed 3 nights in mid-October. The cabin was cozy and wood burning fireplace was great with the chilly nights. Even had time to take the canoe out to Beer Can Island!!!

The cabin was situated in a quiet cove with views of the lake from the back yard. It has a dock where you can anchor your boat. It had a canoe and kayak that you can use. The back deck was perfect for sitting out on for dinner, early morning coffee, hanging out to listen and observe the various birds and wildlife. It is so peaceful and quiet and you are surrounded by much beauty. We enjoyed the lakes and boat rides to the beach. There is activities close by. With easy access to town. There are bikes to use but if you have smaller kids you will need to bring their bikes along with you. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back again soon.

Great spot and great weekend

as former campers in Minocqua this location could not be more perfect. Lake access, right off the bearskin trail to town, and a beautiful view. The house was very clean upon arrival and for the price you can’t find a better deal.

relaxing stay

Rented the cabin for a long weekend fishing with a buddy. Great to be right on the chain. Nice dock for keeping boat.

Minocqua lake cabin

Well stocked house. Didn’t need to bring much but food. Did canoe and sit out on the dock. Very relaxing

Clean and convenient

The cabin was comfortable and clean and convenient to Minocqua, as represented. I expected the pedal boat and canoe to be at the dock, tied up, clean and ready for use, but both were on shore an dirty. It would be difficult for a senior to move the boats through the grass and lily pads at the shore to the somewhat more open water at the dock. Being seniors, we opted not to use those amenities.
