Beautifully renovated character home in the heart of downtown Edmonton. Located on a Quiet tree lined street.

- Main floor king bed with an ensuite with a luxurious soaker tub.
- 2 more bedrooms with a queen & double bed on 2nd floor.
- Dog friendly ( upon approval ) $75 pet fee applies
- Fully stocked kitchen
- High speed internet
- Shaw Cable TV
- Air Conditioning
Walking distance to Whyte Ave and the Rivervalley Trails.

The Space:

There is a completely separate legal suite in the basement with private entrance & separate furnaces.
Nothing is shared within the units.
Backyard is a shared space.

Things our guests love about our listing :
- Great location, on a quiet street. Just a few blocks from Whyte Ave & the River Valley
- Pet friendly with fenced backyard
- Seating with an umbrella in the backyard.

Other things to note :
- There's only street parking for now. But there's usually no issues finding a spot.
- It has been renovated but it's still an old house, so it has it's quirks.
- The backyard is a work in progress. We are working to improve the aesthetics of the yard & create more parking out back.

BROKEN HOUSE RULES FEE SCHEDULE :

* Smoking / vaping in the home = $300
* Unapproved pets= $300
* Pet feces in yard (if applicable) = $100
* Late checkout = $100
* Additional cleaning = $50/hr
* Unapproved parties = $500

**Stays longer than 28 days will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $60. In addition, the host will provide up to one month worth of essential supplies. Once supplies run out, the guest will be responsible for any additional supplies needed.

Excellent location

Stay was excellent. Street parking only was a minor inconvenience. Wondering if off the alley parking could be utilized. Host was clear about the parking and we always found a space. We are just not used to thinking about it. Very nicely renovated house.

Great house great location

Proprty in generally v good condition. Some attention needed to loose fixtures (main bath) lightbulbs (eg over stove). It should be clarified whether there is or is not parking at the back These are minor things

Lovely cottage to relax in the heart of Old Strathcona

We enjoyed a lovely 5 night escape, from our home renovations in the heart of old strathcona. The property was lovely, exceptionally clean and contemporary in design. Check in and check out was very easy. Dog dishes were provide for our puppy and the layout was very dog friendly. The street was very quiet and safe. It was lovely to enjoy walks in another part of Edmonton. The skyline walks at night we’re breathtaking.

Excellent location in Strathcona

As advertised. Super comfortable beds. Kitchen well stocked for meal preparation. Yes some quirks, like the flooring but appreciate that it’s got the bones of an old house.
