The rental property was in a great location and had everything that we needed. It was very comfortable and clean and we had a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely recommend staying here.

If you’re paying for a cleaner they may want to clean the fridge and take out the garbage as there was a skip the dish bag of old food. We liked the space. The dogs next door barked loudly! The yard could’ve been maintained better for more curb appeal.

Our host was very informative. The house was clean and well kept. The only drawback was that there was no yard space to enjoy.

We were visiting family in Edmonton and preferred a home rather than a hotel for the 3 of us. This home fit our needs well. The location was great- close to the city center, river valley and LRT but still a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds and living space. We appreciated the communication with the host during our stay.

stayed here with family and had a great experience. owner was nice and helpful. house was luxurious and spacious. would definitely recommend this property for your next stay.

Everything about this house was incredible! We loved how spacious and modern the house was, and it had every amenity we could possibly need and then some for our stay. Would definitely book here again!

Generally this property needs a cleaning top to bottom. I had to vacuum the main floor, clean the range controls, range hood controls and surrounding cupboards, plus the sinks in 3 bathrooms and the showers in 2 of bathrooms including hair in the drain, so what happened to the cleaning fee from the previous tenant? This property was cleaner when we left, than when we arrived and still needs lots of work. The host was hardly responsive throughout the process with a lack of response for the cleanliness issue on check-in. All of this is very unfortunate as this is a beautiful property in a superb location.We had issues with one of the beds having hair in the sheets and there are no microwave dishes for cooking on the premises, so we couldn't use it for any food prep. Had to bring in takeout food for lunches and suppers

Great location & property

Lovely condo with lots of room & good location. There was a mix up with the cleaning of the property so it wasn’t as clean as normal. Manager addressed everything and was fantastic. Good customer service.

Initial problems with air conditioning were alleviated somewhat by portable units. Host was accommodating in coming to a resolution.

The duplex was nice and the location was good. You are greeted with a weed filled front and back yard. We found the cleanliness was sub par. There were crumbs on the staircase going upstairs, human hair on and in the bathroom fixtures and you can see dust in the carpet where the vacuum didn’t cover. Overall we had a great stay in Edmonton and the duplex did not deter our fun.

Communications with host were sufficient. Stocked with coffee pods. Space was comfortable and quiet except for weird knocking noise from somewhere one night - unsure what it was but maybe nothing to do with property, could have been something else in neighborhood. It was mostly clean. Like, not at all 'dirty', but lived-in Vrbo clean vs hotel room housekeeping clean. Small tells like cheap paper blinds and scrap job privacy vinyl on windows tell you this is purely an income property. Make sure you get the right address apparently it's not listed correctly on the app. The host sent helpful note prior to stay. Other than that didn't hear a peep from the host during or since. It’s a nice space, but I would have got a hotel for this price if any were available.

Wrong address on VRBO

Spent 30 minutes trying to find the address which didn't exist as the address on the site was wrong. Then noticed other comments said the address was wrong online but it had not been fixed. Called Derik (she/her) who never answered and only wanted to text and she sent new address. House was brand new, clean and very nicely appointed. However, the picture shows grass in front and there is none in front or back. The house isn't properly set up yet either. There were paper curtains in kitchen area that you needed to fold and clip by hand, there were no blankets on the beds, only a thin cover which wasn't warm enough, it sleeps 6 but only wine glasses and glasses for 4, and no chairs to sit on the back deck. I was also on a busy street and not near downtown as stated. However the space was nicely decorated and comfortable for 6 adults.

The house was clean but was lacking in essentials. There was medium and a small frying pan, which their handles were falling off and had seen a LOT of use. The tv cable box did not work so unless you streamed, you were without. A smoke detector in one of the bedrooms was removed and wires were left hanging out. Some of the white towels were stained and there were no hand towels.There was a stand alone unit air conditioner in the master bedroom, which was loud and only cooled the one bedroom. It was vented out the bathroom window and the tubing was cracked so moving it to close the bathroom door was a challenge. We attempted to open the two back bedrooms windows at night because it has cooled off but the smell of marijuana was overwhelming from the next door neighbour.The picture window in the living room had a very large crack. The front and back yard was completely covered in weeds. Thank goodness the place was clean so it wasn’t a total disaster but this by far was the worst VRBO rental that we have ever had. For the price that was charged, we expected a lot more. The host was contacted about some of the issues and he did come to the unit to try to get the cable working but failed to do so.
