Amazing, specious 4 bedroom private suite in this breathtaking, 15,000 sq/ft historic mansion just minutes from downtown, UC, Xavier, Children’s Hospital, Univ of Cincinnati etc.

The unit is equipped with a kitchenette, full bathroom, 4 bedrooms, massive living room and it’s own private entrance & patio. Allow up to 12 guests (3 queen beds, 1 trundle bed with twin over twin, and 2 queen air mattresses). Enjoy the beautiful garden and lush landscape on the property. Free off street parking also included! If you have children, there is a massive playroom!

Our guests will enjoy a private suite on the third floor of our historic home. You will have your own private entrance, completely separate from the rest of the home and over 4000 sq ft of space to enjoy. In addition, the 1.8 acre, fully gated property boosts lush gardens, secluded landscape, and various sitting areas around the grounds to enjoy.

Our family lives in the main house at Marion Hall Mansion and are available for anything you might need during your stay

North Avondale has been described as a piece of heaven...right in the city. Some of the grandest homes in Cincinnati grace the winding streets of this historic neighborhood. The homes here represent a wide range of architectural styles dating back to the late 1800s.

North Avondale is perhaps the most central neighborhood in Cincinnati - close to downtown, the Cincinnati Zoo, Xavier University & the University of Cincinnati.

The kitchen facility is limited for a larger group if you have any intent to eat a meal in, but otherwise all is excellent. It's very grand and charming, and the game room for kids is a nice touch.

This is hands down one of our favorite places to stay! The place is beautifully decorated inside and out. There are multiple large bedrooms, entertainment area for adults and kids and had the wow factor when we walked into the place. The location was conveniently located for visiting the Cincinnati Zoo, and all of the MLB, NFL sports complexes.Our host was very friendly and helpful. If you want just a relaxing place to stay, this is it!

absolutely beautiful and clean property! However, the 4 Bedroom suite was lacking a kitchen (only kitchenette was available with medium-size refrigerator. also needed is outside entertainment (patio/grill etc..) Only one bathroom was an inconvenience for a space that could accommodate up to 6-7 people. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. Easy access to the penthouse was very comforting.

We do want to clarify that the listing accurately describes this Suite as having a kitchenette, one bathroom, and not a full kitchen. We also don't advertise a grilling area, though guests are welcome to enjoy the many outdoor seating areas across our nearly two-acre property, including several patios and gardens with tables and chairs.

We had a wonderful time. It was clean and comfortable. My grand daughter who was 19 months old loved the playroom. Matt was very easy to work with.

Celebrated my daughter‘s 20th birthday and we had a wonderful time I loved how open the living room area was and we really enjoyed the ping-pong table in the air hockey table. We will definitely be back.

Cool experience and great hosts! Matt came out to greet us when we arrived and showed us where to get the key. My kids loved the play room and played tons of air hockey. My daughter also said it was the prettiest bed she’s even seen. Unique building that is clean and had everything we needed. Close to our destinations - the Newport Aquarium and Cincinnati Zoo. Wish we could have stayed longer!
