Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’d like to provide some context for future guests reading this review. This stay took place shortly after we updated several backyard amenities, which resulted in temporary exterior landscaping work and no active construction is present at the property. The guest also arrived before our scheduled cleaning and inspection were fully completed. We communicated this and offered to delay access, but the guest preferred to proceed. The home is professionally cleaned and stocked between every stay. Cleaning supplies are available in the laundry room for guest convenience and are regularly replenished, though guests are never expected to clean. We would have been happy to point these out, restock if needed, or address any concerns had we been notified during the stay. Regarding the upstairs sink, the cold-water valve was found shut off and was immediately turned back on once we became aware. The hot tub is professionally managed with routine draining, refilling, and chemical balancing. During this nine-day stay it was used frequently, and we are always happy to provide additional service during longer visits if requested. Our HVAC and plumbing systems are inspected and maintained on a regular schedule, and there are no known ongoing issues. We remain committed to providing a clean, well-maintained, and comfortable home, and we encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can resolve anything promptly.
