Basement game room including pool table, ping pong table, and full size shuffleboard. High chair, pack-n-play, and kids dinnerware/utensils. Games, puzzles, and books for all ages. New stone patio with dining table and Adirondack chairs around a Solo Stove fire pit. Outdoor shower, washer/dryer, bikes, kayaks, Wifi, Central A/C, and new 3 burner Weber grill. Deeded Access to Oyster Pond. Very quiet peaceful neighborhood. Down a little path to the water. 

Minimum age of primary renter, who must be one of the guests staying in the house, is 30 years old.

There is no smoking in the house or anywhere on the premises. Please ask your guests to refrain.

There is wildlife in the area so young children should be tended to at all times
