Wonderful Property

Host Susan allowed us to check in early which really added to the value of this rental. We have been staying in Chatham for years and this was by far the nicest property we’ve had. I would say this listing is almost elegant and was above my expectations.

Great space, very clean and inviting, excellent location,.

My husband, toddler, and I had a great stay at this property. It was conveniently located a very short drive from the main strip in Chatham and (great for our purposes) walking distance from a nice playground. The home was very clean and well-kept. We felt very comfortable here and had a great week.

An Enjoyable Stay in Chatham

We had an enjoyable stay in Chatham. The condo is nicely furnished, exceptionally clean, and met all our needs of home away from home! The location is perfect for walking to the Chatham Lighthouse, Cape Cod Baseball, Restaurants and Shopping. Susan was a wonderful host and was always available. We would definitely rent again!

Perfect Chatham getaway

The home was exactly as listed! It was the perfect landing spot for my mom, sister and me for a long weekend. It's walkable to many restaurants and shops and within close driving distance to the beach. Susan was a wonderful contact and was accessible for all of your needs during our stay. I'd highly recommend staying here and can't wait to return!

Perfect weekend getaway

The Unit itself is exactly as shown in the pictures. Very spacious open living area. Two nice bedrooms. Very clean and the owners very helpful. Just a short distance from Main Street. Centrally located to be able to enjoy all the local scenery and activities.

Enjoyed our weekend getaway

Beautiful place with a quiet location just off Main Street. With some rainy weather we spent more time inside than we usually would in the middle of the summer. With an open floor plan the kitchen was perfect for cooking and hanging out with the family. Susan was available, dependable and very accommodating if we needed anything before and during our stay. Highly recommend as we plan on returning next summer!

This wonderfully restored carriage house was absolutely perfect for our short getaway/reunion of old friends. Beautifully appointed and well equipped. Our communication with Susan was informative and efficient. It’s all that you can ask for in a rental, and we look forward to our return!

4th of July stay

We were very comfortable and couldn't be happier about the location--walking distance to main street and local grocery store. We really enjoyed the upstairs porch and being located right next to the SeaSide Cemetery. The house has beautiful beamed ceilings, the kitchen is equipped and ready for home cooking, you will need to supply your own little things like seasonings, oil, zip loc/aluminum foil. Like most vacation rentals so no biggie. Nice place to stay as your jumping point to explore all The Cape has to offer.

Great Stay in Chatham

The condo was very nice and clean and convenient to shops, restaurants and beaches. The bed in the master is very comfortable and kitchen is a full kitchen with huge island. Bathrooms are very nice with plenty of counter space and drawers for toiletries. The host Susan is very cooperative, accessible, and super nice. Checked on us several times. There is a laundromat right down the road if you need to wash a load of clothes. Our first trip to the Cape was so nice. I’d stay here again.

Lovely rental in a great location

We had a terrific experience renting this property. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and centrally located. We enjoyed walking to Main Street and local restaurants and shops. The hostess, Susan, was very helpful and referred us to a shop to rent bikes on the bike trail nearby even before our arrival! She was also accommodating in our desire to bring and use our own linens during the pandemic. Her recommendation on a place with a great lobster roll was spot on! We felt right at home in a peaceful location. We will be back!

Located just a 7-10 minute walk to most Chatham amenities including a beautiful, pedestrian-friendly main street, some of the best seafood and restrauants on Cape Cod, Cape Cod summer baseball team and ball
fields, theatre, museums, restaurants and bike trails. Chatham's 6 major saltwater beaches welcome visitors with views of Nantucket Sound and the Atlantic Ocean. The most scenic by far is Chatham Lighthouse Beach. All a 5-10 minute drive.
