Welcome to our Insta-Worthy, gorgeous one bedroom apartment. Furnished and designed with you in mind, our space is located in an urban transitional area perfect for every type of traveler. Featuring amenities like kitchen essentials, fresh linens, and a spa pool. Only minutes away from the iconic Deep Ellum, Uptown, Lower Greenville and nightlife. In appreciation for booking our guests can enjoy a free coffee at Toasted Coffee Shop. Scroll down for details.
Our newly remodeled space sleeps 4 people. We have a queen sized bed, as well as a very comfortable and stylish sofa sleeper. Fully stocked kitchen for days you want to stay in, washer and dryer, reliable Wi-Fi, Roku TV, so you don't miss any of your favorite shows, and always fresh and clean towels and linens. Message host for details. Pool access is open to our guests as well. We also provide gated parking. You just won't want to leave. Plus, in appreciation, we include admission into the Award-Winning Dallas Arboretum. Scroll down for details.
Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. Including washer and dryer, bedroom, dining area, bathroom, and living room. Access to Wi-fi. Access to community spa pool.
To accommodate guests with families, guests have access to a Pack N Play, listed as a crib.
If you are bringing a furry friend there is a $50 non-refundable pet fee that is requested the day of your checkin. This fee helps us keep Airbnb's hosting standards and cleaning protocols.
