I appreciate that my house is always clean and I try to make it meet everybody standards unfortunately your state had to be terminated due to you having a party and getting cops involved. Hopefully in the future we can not have this happen again

This was a good place to stay. I prefer more light and would have like lighter curtains, but the owner was very attentive and has done a good job with taking care of the property.

Stay was good, neighborhood was quiet. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Great water pressure in the showers. Easy temperature controls and access to home. Newly renovated home.

The host contacted us four days prior to our stay and canceled our stay. We had this Vrbo booked months in advance so we were very distraught when the host cancelled on us so close to our stay. They told us it was due to an unexpected issue that came up. It was later brought to my attention that after the cancellation had processed it was back on the listing for 100 more than the original price we had paid. This is truly unacceptable and unprofessional behavior!

The cancellation was due to an unexpected issue that made the property unavailable for use at that time, and the decision was not made lightly. I also want to clarify that the listing price adjustments were not manually changed after your cancellation. The property uses VRBO’s smart pricing system, which automatically adjusts rates based on market demand and timing, and those changes occur without manual intervention on my end. I always aim to be respectful, transparent, and professional with every guest, and I’m sorry this experience did not reflect that. I truly appreciate you sharing your concerns and wish you the best in your future travels.

The heating system was not functioning during our stay, and the water heater was also inadequate. With seven guests, only one person was able to take a shower for less than five minutes before the water turned cold. This was quite inconvenient and did not meet reasonable expectations for the accommodation.

Good morning I do apologize however I took an initiative and took the trip out there myself to get this fixed this weekend. I do apologize and would definitely offer a better stay next time. I appreciate you reaching out and letting me know the issues because they are now fixed in this world things happen and unfortunately, my system broke at the moment.
