This 2021 RV is perfect for a couple or small family. Great outdoor seating with a beautiful view of the sunset. Covered thatched roof canopy covering a picnic table, extra outside seating1. The bedroom provides a king sized bed and the love seat folds out to a small bed. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach.

Had a great time!

Came with my wife to stay for the weekend and we had a great time. The RV was roomier than I had imagined it would be and we were super comfy. Had a couple of questions for the property owner and they were answered quickly :) would stay again!

Great Camper with a great location!

Wonderful Stay

My wife and I loved everything about this trip. The camper was cozy and modern. The neighborhood is perfect for families and the beach is close which is perfect. We will be back!

Great vacation stay!

It was our first time as a family of 3 to the beach, and the location of the RV made it perfect! Super convenient to get to the beach too, and the camper was very very clean! Definitely will be booking again!

Very close to beach, restaurants and stores. All communication was immediate and generous. Would definitely stay again.

Chrystal Beach area stay!

Loved it. So much better than staying at a hotel. Drove my Jeep on the beach and relaxed by a bond fire! Beaches were nicer the further east that you went. Ferry ride over to Gadston was neet.

4th of July

We stayed the week of 6/29 thru 7/7. We usually pull our own RV for the month of July, but work prevented that this year. So we tried a rental and I was a little worried. BUT WOW!! Cleanliness and location are a 10 out of 10! We will definitely stay here again.

Anniversary stay

The place was great / outside was clean but the only down fall was the septic was Awful it smelled up the entire camper. The bedroom where you have to sleep was worse so we had to cut our stay short on Sunday because we couldn’t take the smell any longer. I did message twice without owner without any reply from them. Would be nice place if the septic smell wasn’t so overwhelming and aweful.

Weekend get away!

My boyfriend came for the weekend and had a fantastic stay at the camper. We cooked, watched tv, grilled outside and had a fantastic time. The camper was neat, clean and is exactly what is listed. I will be back .

Great location

We wanted something close to beach, for go topless weekend, but quite enough for when we called it a day. This property delivered plus some. It was clean, great location, awesome outside sitting area. We even had an issue with power company (service was interrupt in area), property owner answered phone, gave us necessary information, late at night. We will be interested renting this again. Thanks for the relaxation!

Amazing stay

Did not read reviews before renting the property. The RV was very clean, however, the sewer gas odor was overwhelming at times. The mattress was uncomfortably firm as well but we made do. Bring plenty of coffee and toiletries!

Beyond Expectations

If all you need is an RV, this is the place! It was so much more than I had expected. It is basically new and in perfect shape. The yard is very spacious and the canopy is large. Only issue I had was the mattress (although obviously new) was very firm...as is the pull out sofa...and we could not find a mattress pad anywhere!! Great stay, great neighborhood, great host. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

Overall it was a good mini trip . It was our first time trying an RV ! First impression was great it was clean and nice for the few days we were going to be there for . Communication with property owner was not as helpful since everytime we had a question about how to use something we didn’t get a clear answer or had the proper attitude . Area was great , really peaceful ! We had a problem with the shower overfilling with dirty water which was an awful odor and mess we had to clean , we called the property manager to see what the problem could be or what we could do and we didn’t get a proper answer nor a check up .

Great location

Overall great experience. The location is perfect and the camper was nice and clean. There was a leak in the bathroom causing the carpet in bedroom to be saturated. Owner sent someone to dry carpet but the leak wasn’t repaired so the carpet was wet again by end of day. The wet carpet created a mildew smell. The mattress is a typical rv mattress so not comfortable, but we would stay again

The location was perfect! The small community is very cute, clean and quiet. I was very happy to see our camper had a fence since we brought our dogs. The camper was very cute inside and communication with the owner was quick and easy. My old complaint is the cleanliness. Hand prints on the TV from a small child and unsure if the bedding was cleaned. Dirt in-between bed sheets.

Great RV, great location.

RV was just as described. Everything we needed, but we didn’t cook. A/c was good and cold. Bed and sheets were comfortable. Iverall, very clean and tidy. Didn’t know we had to turn on the water heater to let water warm up, so our first shower was cold! And it would’ve been nice if the yard was mowed, but overall this was a great wknd getaway! Short drive to local restaurants and Margaritaville resort where we spent most of the day Saturday. And it’s in a very quiet neighborhood. Also check out time was listed as 11 in the listing, but host changed it to 10. Not a big deal, and would highly recommend this rental! THANK YOU!

RV Stay

Great little RV camper. Beautiful fenced yard for dogs and nice area covered for outside sitting & burning meat(BBQ) Only complaint is that the RV smelled of mold & somethings is wrong with septic (methane) Smell is horrible in the bedroom. Keep spray and don’t flush only when necessary. If it’s yellow let it mellow if it’s brown flush it down. Whoever is in the bedroom though will be gassed out.For the price it can’t be beat.

Good... could be much better

Tiki hut awesome. Fenced yard and location awesome. RV is a nice one but isnt cleaned well. Smell from toilet.. tank probably needed to be dumped. Not enough linens on master bed and none at all for pull out bed. Had to go to Walmart to get a sleeping bag for my son. Hardly any bath towels. Its a shame as a better cleaning job and $50 in towels and linens would have made it a 5 star review. We would love to make this a regular yearly place to stay but if we decide to come back im thinking i better bring my own linens and towels ... which ive never had to do before.
