Staying at Fish Fantasy means waking up to sunrise Gulf views and ending the day with sunset bay and ICW views from your private decks. This quiet dead‑end street home offers peaceful wildlife watching, a pet‑friendly fenced yard, and an easy walk to the beach. Guests love the rare combination of sunrise and sunset views, plus the open bay area that brings beautiful bird‑watching and barge‑traffic scenery.

The fenced yard is perfect for families and pets, with a swing and a gate at the bottom of the stairs so kids and pets can safely play. Under the house is a shaded sitting area with a table, four chairs, and a charcoal grill. Inside, the layout is simple and comfortable: enter into the hall with the bathroom and bedroom to the left, the apartment‑size stackable washer/dryer straight ahead, and the kitchen, living, and dining area to the right. The bedroom opens to the back deck with beautiful sunset views, and the living room opens to the front deck with sunrise over the Gulf. The front deck has no stairs to the ground level, giving guests a private elevated space to relax.

Fish Fantasy offers reliable Wi‑Fi for streaming, room‑darkening shades in every room, and our family team is available through platform messages during working hours. Overnight messages are answered as soon as possible the next morning. No grills are allowed on any deck; the charcoal grill is on the ground level only.
T’S A GREAT DAY TO BE AT THE BEACH!!! Staying at our homes means enjoying a comfortable, family‑friendly environment with clear expectations to keep the neighborhood peaceful. Guests must be 25 or older and staying for the entire reservation. Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance. Quiet hours help keep the area enjoyable for everyone, and we ask all guests to respect nearby homes and avoid disruptive behavior. Pets are welcome with prior approval and must stay off all furniture. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home. Please supervise children on decks, stairs, and in all outdoor areas.

No grills are allowed on any deck; all grilling must be done on the ground level in the designated area. Ceiling fans are only in the living room and master bedroom for safety reasons. If anything breaks, stops working, or seems unsafe, please let us know right away so we can address it quickly. Before checkout, remove all trash to the outdoor cans, start a load of towels, and run the dishwasher if any dishes were used. No other cleaning is required. We do not provide cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, or dishwashing pods. Please let us know if any lights are not working.
