For over 10 years, we, Monthster.com, have managed more than 20 newly furnished guest homes in the safe, quiet neighborhoods of Flushing and Murray Hill, Queens, near the city center. We are pleased that more than 80% of our guests extend their stays or return to stay with us again.

We understand that relocating to New York City often requires flexibility, and we are happy to work with your schedule. If you are unsure whether you will need to stay longer than 30 days, you may begin with a 30-day booking. Once you let us know that you would like to extend, we will prioritize your stay and notify you before accepting other booking requests to help keep your stay uninterrupted.

We chose Murray Hill primarily because it offers safe, quiet, and peaceful residential surroundings while remaining close to the city’s conveniences, including public transportation, shopping, dining, and other essential services.

Our guest home is next to supermarkets, restaurants, laundromats, salons, and a variety of stores. Flushing Hospital Medical Center is also nearby. Guests can enjoy walking to the lake in the beautiful 235-acre Kissena Park four blocks away.

A 24-hour city bus stops next to the building. Downtown Flushing is about 1 mile away. The Long Island Rail Road and the subway are about one-half mile and one mile away respectively, providing convenient access to Manhattan.

Situated in a safe neighborhood, the home offers a private entrance, private bathroom, personal living spaces with no shared living areas, and a kitchen. There is limited, free, shared, overnight parking on site and free 24/7 street parking. Safety features include secured gates, controlled-access building entrances, unique guest codes, and 24-hour cameras in public areas (entrances, stairways, and parking).

Our homes are newly furnished, quiet, and smoke-free with the comforts and conveniences needed for an extended stay. Before each check-in, each is professionally deep-cleaned and prepared with fresh bed linens, toiletries, and other essentials. On-site or nearby management is available when help is needed.
