Very nice property close to the beach and boardwalk. The home was immaculate!. The owner Rocco was very accommodating and answered any questions promptly. I definitely would recommend this rental. Parking was good for two cars. The owner also gave us great recommendations for dinner.

Clean, well maintained, well appointed home. Had everything we needed. Great location, close to boardwalk and beach. Would definitely return. Owner very responsive. Highly recommend this property!

Everything was lovely. We were traveling from out of state for the holidays and this was perfect for us, Spacious, clean, and very attentive host.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was very clean and well-maintained, making it comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location was excellent and was just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to several restaurants, which made it easy to enjoy the area without needing to drive.We especially appreciated having access to the grill and made good use of the spacious deck, which was a great place to relax and spend time outdoors. Rocco was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay, which made the experience even better.Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we would happily return in the future.

Weekend winter getaway

My friends and I had a great time at Rocco's place. Great price and the place was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Fun Holiday week

The house was as nice as described. We were in town for Christmas, and it was very nice to have such a comfortable base to return to after days out visiting. The check-in and communication was fantastic, and we would absolutely stay again.

Such a perfect spot. Plenty of space, wonderful location, fully equipped, panoramic views from the top deck. We’ll be back for sure!

Can’t beat the location of the Kraken! We loved how quick and easy it was to walk to the beach or boardwalk. The house was well-maintained and really did have everything we needed, including extra supplies (paper towels, garbage bags, blankets, etc). We spent a lot of time just reading and relaxing on the decks off the master bedroom and the top floor. The layout of the house was good for us and our 3 high school and college-age kids because everyone had their own space, yet we could all hang out in the living room/kitchen area or on the larger decks. We used the beach umbrella and wagon one day, which was helpful. Umbrella had a broken spoke but still worked fine.Rocco was very responsive to our questions and even allowed us to check in a little early. Overall, it was a very positive experience!

Great house!

Everything was wonderful from start to finish! The house is beautiful as pictured and the owner was so gracious and helpful. The location could not have been better – steps from the boardwalk and the beach. Highly recommend!

Awesome house!

The house was great - beds so comfortable, updated modern decor perfect for a beach house, chairs and umbrellas, beach badges, etc., the perfect shore kitchen table for games and meals, a huge couch for everyone to crash and watch movies together at night - and the location was steps away from the boardwalk and beach. The arcade video game console upstairs ... our teenagers had a blast (and we did, too) on Tekken and all the other games. A five-star stay!

Christmas Celebration

We rented this incredible beach house to share Christmas with our family the week after Christmas. Everything was “excellent” and as described! 400 feet to boardwalk…gorgeous weather considering time of year but the home was the prize!!! All rooms extremely comfortable, clean, house is well equipped and absolutely gorgeous. Had great communication with the owners from moment of booking and throughout. Great house, great location, lots of stairs

We had a great time. House was perfect location. Plenty of beds for extended family. Bring your Amazon sticks for the double kids bedroom, tv wasn’t available in all rooms, but we were fine with it. The game console didn’t work while we were there, but it was ok bc it kept the teens engaged with the family instead lol. Lots of stairs, not ideal for young toddlers or elderly. Otherwise everything was perfect, well equipped and great communication with the owner. I would recommend this house for sure!
