Make memories with your friends and family at Strawberry Paradise! Stay at our beautiful custom-built home that is only 3 years old! We have added all the amenities and comforts to make this an incredible place while staying on Marco Island, with its beautiful white sand beaches and stunning sunsets. Our house is guest-focused, we have designed Strawberry Paradise to feel like a true vacation home, with the amenities and everyday essentials our own family would want when traveling. This is a privately owned vacation home and you will be communicating directly with us, the owners :)

Southern Exposure over the FREE HEATED SALTWATER pool and HOT TUB, ping pong table in the oversized garage, 8 BIKES, and a tricycle for the youngest ones. All the kitchen and home amenities are included to ensure your time at Strawberry Paradise is an unforgettable stay! For the pool, we have lots of fun floaties, a volleyball net, and a basketball hoop. You can even relax in the pool as you watch a game on the outdoor TV! You are also welcome to use the pickleball racquets for a fun evening at the Racquet Center!

Upon entering the 4-bedroom 3 bath ranch home, you will notice the attention to detail and comfortable feel of the home. Its high ceilings, open floor plan with the living room and kitchen open to each other and the view of your incredible outdoor area. The home has new smart TVs in every room and cable TV in the living room and both master bedrooms. With two spacious king suites located on opposite sides of the home, Strawberry Paradise offers exceptional privacy and comfort for two couples, multiple families, or extended family traveling together. We have high-speed internet and a desk/workstation in the primary bedroom, should you need to get some work done while on vacation.

The kitchen is beautiful with a large island and functionality in mind. The table seats 8 and we have a bench in the garage that can be moved to accommodate more. We love cooking and spending time with family around the table/meals, and hope you will do the same with the many kitchen items provided and large pantry storage area. This home has high-end Thermador appliances and a large family dining table with great views of the outside pool area and canal.
We have a built-in professional outdoor grill with a sink and mini refrigerator for your beverages. You will also enjoy the outdoor TV and the large family table by the pool!

Strawberry Paradise has something for everyone. Take a swim or relax in the heated pool and spa under the glow of our new string lights, perfect for cozy nights or fun gatherings! Play with the kids a game of ping pong or cornhole and hang out in the oversized 3-car garage. Go for a family bike ride on one of our 8 bicycles with safety items provided for our guests. If you have a toddler, he or she will enjoy our tricycle! We also provide beach chairs, towels, coolers, floaties, and convenient water toys for all to enjoy.
Strawberry Paradise is centrally located on Marco Island, making it easy to explore the island on walks, bike or by car. Grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and the Racquet Center are all nearby, while Tigertail Beach and South Marco Beach are just a short drive away.
Our home is on a cul-de-sac street in a residential neighborhood. We do NOT allow any parties to take place at the home.


Located on a large corner lot, this home has beautiful landscaping. Enjoy beautiful wide-canal views from your private pool and lanai, with dolphins and boats frequently passing by. The home is located on an inland canal and does not have direct water access

Marco Island offers biking paths, fishing charters, boat cruises, water sports, beach boutique shopping, mini golf, parks, historical museum, and many other amenities for guests to enjoy. Our home is located just a short drive to the Everglades, and about 17 miles to fine shopping in Naples.

* For the beach: Umbrella, 6 chairs, coolers, beach wagon, 2 boogie boards, and beach toys.
* For babies and toddlers: Portable crib, high chair, booster seat, baby bathtub, & changing mat. Tricycle with a push handle. Water & beach toys.
* For the kids, teens, and adults: ping pong table, 8 bikes, board games and cards, pickleball paddles, beach paddles, water & beach toys.

~ Great Location! ~
* 10-20 min. walk to the grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, and ice cream shop. Our house is in the middle of the island, you are close to everything (the island is 6 miles long X 4 miles wide). You will enjoy being able to ride the bikes in the morning to get coffee, explore the island, a quick trip to the grocery store, or to go see the beach!
* 8 min. bike ride to the racquet center where you can play tennis or pickleball (we have paddles for you!)
*5 min. bike ride or 3 min car ride to the Farmer's market! Enjoy local fresh produce, açaí bowls, paella, muffins, and more every Wednesday from mid Nov until mid April at Veterans' Park
* 2.5 miles to Tiggertail Beach and 3 miles to South Beach.
* 17 miles to Naples for upscale shopping on 5th Ave in Naples, golf, additional dining options.
* Pool String lights are available from January - July (we take them down during the other months, because there are days with high winds)

* Everything is in new condition, and we have a great welcome binder that will give you all the details about the house!
