In response to the review. Will definitely review your recommendations. We have never noticed low water pressure, maybe a utility company issue when guest werethere. We have been there for a week and haven’t had any problems or noticed any stagnant horrible smell in the bathroom. The pool stays heated the entire time. On the VRBO site, it states that the hot tub is set to run on a 4-5 hour window to heat. We ask all guest to let us know ahead of time so we can have set before they arrive. We also. Have been very accommodating to guest if they have asked to add time or change times. We have tried spa side controls and has always been an issue because guest wont’ follow directions. I wish it work that way, trust me it is not appealing to us either to change times daily or add programming changes. As far a guest feeling like they are staying in someone’s home, that is what it is, VRBO, vacation rental by owner. You are in peoples homes and not in a hotel setting. Our names are not anywhere through the house at all, but yes I do have family photos up in our home. It is our families vacation home so we will continue to have family photos though out!

In response to your review 1.Dishwasher, as soon we had the call, technician came out same day, at time he said he could not fixed it, a new was ordered that day it was broke while the renters were there. 2.there are 2 grills One up stairs and 1 downstairs The one downstairs battery on the ignition was getting low on energy, but still able to be lighting with a lighter. But the new upstairs grill works great! 3.there are two Ice makers on the main floor If one quit working there is a back up And we were not made aware of the problem of one of the ice makers 4. There are plates ,glasses , silverware enough for 12 to 15 people at one time Although we decided to add more dishes glasses etc. The crane was there because a sea wall fell from a Neighbors house endangering their house ! We did not know the crane was going to be there 1.The crane left the for the last week of the renters stay because the owner / me ,ask them if they could. To appease the renters, the sea wall people resumed there work when renters left The sea wall is completed But we had no ideal the crane people were going to be there and we do not own the ocean and can not control what goes on in the ocean ! The renters called me and I told them that I would call and see if they could move and they did for the renters I would hope that no one would look at teenage girls but again they left as soon as they could after the seawall was stable! Although, what do people do, when they take their teenagers on the beach, club houses, or even hotel pools?!?! 1.So the down stairs grill works Up stairs grill works 2. New dish washer was installed 3.both Ice makers work on main floor 4.plenty of plates etc. 5.The sea wall is completed and Neighbors house is fine (yeah!!!!) We try to be very nice to everyone The managers are island people and so nice They bend over backwards to assist and help everyone. It is a lovely island with the nicest people I have ever met in all my travels. They all wave ,smile ,and talk to everyone. It’s a slower pace they on the island with great people and great food Please come to isle of Capri and experience the hospitality of the island. A word of warning it can be addicting !!!! #iloveislandpeople
