Welcome to Runway Paradise – this updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is perfectly situated near the 1215 boat launch, just minutes from the newly opened Toledo Bend Family Adventure Park and San Miguel Park. With its spacious, open living and kitchen area, the home is ideal for family gatherings or group getaways.

The property features a large yard and ample parking for several boats, making it perfect for outdoor adventures. The covered deck with games offers a fun space for both kids and adults to enjoy.

Nestled at the end of a diverse neighborhood, the property provides a sense of seclusion, thanks to its large lot and fenced-in yard, yet is conveniently close to local amenities around Toledo Bend. As you drive past the back entrance of Friend's Bar, you’ll notice it occasionally hosts live music, which can be enjoyed from the comfort of our porch while you take in the peaceful surroundings.

We rented this property while we were in the area to purchase property. This is a great place for fishermen to stay. Property could accommodate several boats. Nice house in secluded dead in street.

Great Private Stay

Great clean house, perfect for a private stay. Nice back porch and modern inside. Includes almost everything for cooking. Good wifi, and multiple tvs. There is a bar that you can walk too if you that's your interest. Very quiet area. Also there is a gas station with basic amenities is just down the road. Large parking that could handle trailer or boat.

High school fishing tournament

My son has fished competitively for years, this year he decided to fish with his girlfriend which changed the rules for overnight stays- meaning mom had to join. We also went from 1 bedroom to 3 for privacy, we also let our granddaughter and a friend tag along to help and this worked out great for what we needed. The Netflix never connected but we didn't spend a lot of time watching TV.

Veillion Family Review

The first thing we noticed about our stay was the odor of cigarette smoke. While it wasn’t an overwhelming amount of smoke smell it was noticeable every time we came in from outside. The only other issue we had was the code for the door quit working and we weren’t able to get inside until Deavon was able to answer the phone and give us a code for the manual master key box. This was frustrating for the time being. Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope to be back.

Thank you for the honest review. I have addressed the smoke smell with our cleaning team and are so happy that you brought this to our attention so that we can improve on it. Unfortunately, sometimes technology fails us, and the electronics do not work as planned. Fortunately, we do have a backup plan for these occasions and were able to get you the hard lock code that was easily accessible when you called to notify us of the issue. We look forward to hosting you again in the future.
