Beautiful Lakefront Condo - Many Amenities and Attractions

Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo overlooking Table Rock Lake. Walk out your front door to the lake. Resort offers swimming pools, hot tub, sauna room. Boat launch at Kimberling City or Mill Creek. Fully equipped condo with 1 king sized bed, 4 full size beds. TV's in both bedrooms and flat screen in the living room for all to enjoy. Nice patio deck off the back of condo to relax the day away on. The unit is a walk in level. The kitchen has all of the cook wear and utensils you'll need. Our condo is located at Ozark Mountain Resort.

Our condo is a great place to stay if you are wanting lake front and easy access to Branson and Silver Dollar City. It is also beautiful in fall and winter months to enjoy long walks around the lake and all of the Christmas shows and lights.

This is a non-smoking unit./ no pets allowed.

Check in is after 4 pm and checkout is 11 am- unless otherwise discussed

We have a three night minimum September-May, and a five night minimum June-August. June-August you may do a three night if we are less than thirty days out and it is open.

We had a great time at the condo! We have been going to Kimberling City for 20 years. This was the first time we have stayed at this condo. We were very pleased with this Condo. This time we stayed for 12 days and loved every minute of it. We will book this condo next year and for years to come. Thank you for having us and allowing us to stay at this condo.

Nice place to stay

This was a really nice place for my family to stay. It overlooks the lake and it’s right at street level so no taking heavy suitcases up the stairs. Really nice inside, well kept. Thanks for the nice place to stay!

Beautiful spacious condo! View is gorgeous. Set up to feel like home & it does. Easy access to the lake and docks. Pools & pickle ball court access. Love that the balcony is screened in, as well. Lots of amenities, as well.

Perfect. Wouldn’t have changed a thing.

We had a great time in the condo at Table Rock Lake. The condo accommodations were everything that we could have hoped for. The double bunk beds were great for our three older kids. This was definitely a wonderful VRBO pick.

Week at the lake!

Enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great location and clean. Comfortable bed a plus after spending the day on the water. Well stocked with all the essentials. See ya next summer!!

The stay was good. Deck was great. View was great. We were the first stay of the season, so when we arrived their was a smoke detector beeping, so we had to go get a battery for that. There was also a beeping randomly and it took us 2 days to figure out it was refrigerator that needed to be reset from a power failure. The other disappointing item, was there was a beach and boat ramp advertised and those items are now not available to use or have been removed. Also, there is no longer a hot tub to use at the resort. Need to update the listing to reflect all the changes that are happening in the resort area.

Good stay. Great location. Needed to turn on the water heater, was not aware of that, so didn't have hot water on the first night. Internet and TV were also in and out with the signal.

Family stay

Had a wonderful time, location was great. Enjoyed the lake views from the master and porch. Would come back again in the future. Trailer parking and launch ramp were a nice to have and used both of them. My only complaint which the owners have no control over is the amenities that the Holiday Inn resort offers don't live up to what was expected. They are old, dirty and run down. They are not associated with this property and I understand not in their control and are a plus for staying.

Amazing

The condo was so spacious and had a beautiful view! We loved the multiple bunk beds in the guest bedroom for our kids. My boys said the beds were so comfy. The screened in balcony made me feel so at ease since we have a toddler who loves to roam and is quick. Kids favorite thing was the master shower! It’s so big and the rain type shower head makes the shower so relaxing:). The pool and lake were so nice and we grilled out several nights. The area is so clean and quiet and the landscaping is beautiful! We would definitely love to come back. The amenities in the condo were also so nice and I loved the picture book and guest book to sign.

Thanksgiving Getaway

This was a beautiful condo with a gorgeous view of Table Rock Lake. It was nice to be close enough to enjoy the Branson activities but far enough away to avoid the noise and hustle. The apparent recent renovations are amazing. My kids loved the walk-in showed and refused to use the one in their bathroom. I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect Location and Clean

This place has been updated and is very well kept. It was super clean and can sleep quite a few people for a 2-bedroom. The deck is screened, it has a fan and a great view so it’s easy to spend a lot of time out there. Very close to the grocery store and the marina. Will definitely stay here again.

Lakefront condo on table rock lake

Comfortable renovated condo. Everything you could need in kitchen. Level from parking lot except there were not curb cut outs for walkers or wheelchairs. Easy to keep boat at whats up doc marina which is 10 minute drive away. Highly recommend this condo

We bought our unit even before they were built. We fell in love with Table Rock Lake and the rest is history. This has become our second home and we love it. We enjoyed watching our children grow up here, and now we are watching their children enjoy it too!
