Welcome to The Pines of Apple Valley!
We are the perfect place to enjoy nature. With 31 cabins, we are ideal for Golf Outings, Weddings, Family Reunions, and Family Getaways.
Each spacious cabin has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps up to Six Guests.
Two Bed Configurations Available:
Option 1: Bedroom 1: King Size Bed,
Bedroom 2: King Size Bed,
Bedroom 3: Two Twin Extra Long Beds.
Option 2: Two Twin Extra Long Beds (Six beds Total) in each bedroom.
Each Cabin also includes:
* A fully equipped kitchen,
* Hotel like amenities: Soaps, Shampoo, Towels, bedding, pillows, blankets, etc.
* Large living room with 50" Smart TV,
* 300mb Wi-Fi Internet,
* Private deck.
- Pets are allowed if crated. $35 per night, per pet. Maximum two pets per unit. Pets are NOT allowed on Couches, Chairs or Beds.
- Absolutely NO Smoking of anything inside the units. Smoking outside is fine, please leave butts in outside grills.
Walk next door to the popular and beautiful Apple Valley Golf Course.
Golf Course has a great restaurant and full bar, open for Breakfast and Lunch during season.
The Apple Valley Golf Course Clubhouse also has a 100 person Meeting Room/ Party Center, that makes this a great place for Weddings, Company Parties, Family Reunions, or Business Retreats. Call Golf Course directly for more information. Guests can walk back and forth from our property!

Great location at Apple Valley Lake. The cottage was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. The management team is great and very responsive. Highly recommended.

Father’s Day weekend
We had a great stay for Fathers Day ! Cabin was just as described, with plenty of amenities. The location was perfect and Apple Valley is very beautiful !

Loved it but the outdoor indoor pool wasn’t at that location. The beach was covered in geese poop.

Thank you for the review. The outdoor pool is at the facility named “Clubhouse”. The indoor pool is at “Floral Valley”, but is closed in the summer (other than rainy days when the indoor pool is open instead.)
Beaches get raked by tractor regularly, but we are sorry you had an issue.
We look forward to your next visit.

Quiet haven
Took our grandkids for a 5 day vacation close to home. (1 hr 45 mins). Really enjoyed our time at Apple Valley. Swimming, hiking, bocce ball, bball, beaches and golf. The kids enjoyed it all.
Our condo was all we needed and very quaint. Kitchen was well equipped for all my cooking needs. Not many choices close. Be prepared to travel 15-20 if you plan to eat out. Did eat breakfast at the golf course. Excellent Try it.
Condo was Clean and great location to pool and beaches. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
We will absolutely be back next year!

This would be a great rental for half what we paid for it. Would not stay again.The property looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 1980s but it is well maintained and mostly clean. The owner provided shampoo, dish detergent, plenty of towels, and the kitchen was pretty well equipped. We did see a couple of cockroaches, which was not pleasant.The pool hours pretty much precluded us from going. We were busy during the day and ready to swim after dinner but the indoor pool closed at 7. We never actually got to use it.For our purposes, this rental was way too expensive for what we got, but it is well managed and well maintained.

In 2016 the beloved "Apple Valley Resorts" closed.
We reopened the Condos in May of 2019 and continue to improve them to make this property better for our guests each year.
