Heated pool! Chill on the covered patio couch with the TV, a Jumbo Jenga & connect4. Take a dip in the pool, grab a drink through the kitchen/outdoor bar patio window while you grill on the built-in Viking. Lay out on a chase lounge and relax as the sun goes down on a couch next to the custom gas fire feature. Inside enjoy two living rooms with arcade games and a fireplace, TVs galore, Ggl Voice Asst., BT sound system, and a mini coffee/breakfast bar for the AM.

The space
Split floor plan offers master BR maximum possible privacy. Two separate living room setups and TVs in every room offers guests all possible variations of hangout and leisure arrangements. Fireplace, arcade games, 7 TVs, adjustable frame master BR king bed, friends/family board games, professional poker table overlay with chips, privacy screens for the three sliding glass doors, 2-car garage, Googl voice asst, Netflix, Disney+, ESPN, jumbo outdoor Jenga and jumbo outdoor Connect 4, Built-in Viking grill, custom outdoor hand-built gas fire feature with couch and chairs, heated/chilled pool ($50 per day with minimum 5 day notice. If guest opts for pool heating it must be for duration of stay). Do your thang!

We love this place!

We spent 3 nights of our Spring Break trip to AZ here and my family absolutely loved it. Our 6 and 9 year old sons spent hours playing basketball in the pool and there was more than enough space for our family. The attention to detail in the design of the outside and interior spaces was so impressive. We had the most lovely stay and Jason made us feel right at home. I can't recommend it enough!

Spring Training Stay

Can’t say enough great things about Jason and the home. One of the best places we have stayed at. Communication was top notch from start to finish. Sunny AZ stay

Our family had a wonderful stay at this awesome pool house! Everything was so clean and more than ready for us. The pool was fun for everyone, absolute pleasure. We would love to come back sometime, and we highly recommend this stay in Phoenix, AZ.

Modern, clean well equipped, and fun place!

We love the house and all the amenities made our visit special and pleasant. Location was excellent for our visit. Notes about house-Not enough shampoo and conditioner Not enough Kleenex Overall it was a fantastic home with special housewarming gifts to make us feel welcome.

The ONLY place to stay in Phoenix

If you’re going to Phoenix this is the place you need to stay! They bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. This house was clean and beautiful and full of so many bonuses. Toothbrushes, snacks, water, alcohol…. I felt like I was at a spa! We won’t stay anywhere else when we visit Phoenix!

Great Property in a Convenient Location

This is a really nice home very conveniently located near the Arizona Biltmore area. The neighborhood and surrounding homes were also very nice. We stayed here for my son's graduation from GCU and hosted a small get together to celebrate. The home has a great layout and is ideal for hosting a family or a small celebration using the indoor & outdoor areas. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again. Jason was a great host and was very responsive during the entire trip. 5 Stars!!

Beautiful House

We rented this house for family coming into town for a visit. The house was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. The kids enjoyed the pool, pool toys, and arcade games. A great place place to stay!

What a Place!

By far the best VRBO experience my family and I have ever had! Jason was a fantastic host and the attention to small details made us feel like we really were home. The house is clean, beautiful and well taken care of. The kitchen had everything you need and the backyard area with the pool, bbq, and fit pit were great for afternoons and evenings. I almost hate writing this review because I'd love for others to not know about it for next time we come to town! Will definately stay again!

The most thoughtful attention to detail!

The house was immaculate and perfect for our long weekend in Phoenix. Every bed was extremely comfortable. The hosts put so much thought into absolutely every detail of this home. We loved our stay here and hope to return next time we are in Arizona.

The perfect listing

The listing was better than advertised - the host clearly went out of his way to ensure our stay was above average. From a stocked fridge, to ample communication, every box was checked and then some. Would easily recommend to anyone who is looking to book. Will be staying here again.

Immaculate

This is the best vacation rental property we have stayed at. The hosts thought of everything! If your ideal vacation involves relaxing by a private swimming pool, grilling some dinner, and unwinding on a couch by a firepit, then this place is for you. Our kids (ages 8 and 10) were entertained the entire time we were there. They didn't wasn't too leave! Well appointed, well decorated, and maximum relaxation! 10 out of 10! We can't wait to come back!

Amazing attention to detail in a beautiful desert oasis.

5 stars cannot do this property justice!!! From the moment you walk in, pride of ownership abounds from the high quality renovations, beautiful landscaping and the small details like the coffee bar, outdoor kitchen area, and fantastic beds and towels. We visited Phoenix for the first time as a family with busy plans of day trips… each day, we found ourselves wanting to ‘stay in’ enjoying the home and pool area more and more. We have to mention Jason, the host who really made us feel like family, who went above and beyond to ensure our family trip was amazing. Having used VRBO for the past 10 years, Jason is by far the most responsive and caring host we’ve ever encountered—we cant thank him enough for this next-level experience. We are really looking forward to our next stay at this property!!!

Great Spring Break w Kids

Only great things to say about our stay. My wife and I stayed for a week with our 6, 4, and 2 year old sons. The house was very clean and had everything we could have asked for, including small details that we rarely see in a short term rental (eg, spices for grilling, a grill that is clean and actually works, full size garbage bags, enough dishwasher pods and laundry detergent to last the entire stay, and the list goes on). The pool was great. The weather was cool, but our kids used the pool the entire week due to the heater (water temp was consistently above the air temp). Jason was very responsive and answered all questions right away. We would absolutely stay again, and I would highly recommend the house to anyone.

WE LOVED THIS PLACE!!!

We loved this place at first sight! This home is nestled away from the hustle bustle (but yet so near) on a culdesac,. The location is PERFECT!! The inside / outside of this home is a whole other gem! The curb side is meticulous. The inside is everything you could ever want / need in a vacation home. The welcome amenities provided were wonderful and over the top!! The pool, fire pit, Viking grill, patio, landscaping, outdoor / indoor games were amazing! We can not rave enough about Jason, our most perfect host. We will recommend this beautiful home to everyone - seriously, you WILL NOT want to leave this private garden oasis!! Thank you Jason for everything! We love this place and YOU!

BEST VRBO EVER

This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed out. The check in process was a breeze. The owners were amazing to communicate with before and throughout the stay. The accommodations were amazing, and the house is absolutely gorgeous. There are parrots in the palm tree next to the house that were amazing to watch from the pool. The welcome to the house was amazing with milk, orange juice, and a few cocktails, including a bottle of wine that we didn't drink.. still not sure why! The owner took care of the garbage being moved to the street, dropped off a grill brush for us, was super accommodating even when we had bleached a few hand towels with our son's acne meds! We tried to leave the house better, left extra laundry detergent, some unused food, honey, grill spray, some sodas, and some snacks to replenish the snacks left for us. Frankly, we Loved this house so much we want to duplicate it for a home in rehoboth beach delaware. My son loved every minute of it, and we had flexibility on the thermostat as it was warm in AZ in the summer. BEST EVER ACCOMMODATIONS!!!

Great family vacation home with attention to detail!

Absolutely wonderful home for a family! Have stayed in many VRBO homes and in this one the attention to detail was unsurpassed. Easy check in and exceptionally clean when you enter. Everything you could want in terms of a well stocked kitchen, wine , water, coffee, sugars, every spice imaginable. I cooked every day!! From nice comfy beds to clean soft linens, comfy couches, huge tv's (several) this place was welcoming. The home appears to have had a full reno which is tasteful , well executed and modern. Items like tooth brushes, soaps and shower luffa's make this home a hotel!! The back yard pool was clean and warm and the fire pit is exceptional. The owners are very responsive/ kind and take their job of making you comfortable seriously! Highly recommended. We are from Stony Plain Alberta Canada.

Amazing & Outstanding

This place is brilliant and surpasses the rest… So many great things to say — but the words and pictures don’t capture the extra attention to detail the owners have put into this home, and how they make their guests feel from the moment you enter the door. After a delayed late flight, we arrived to a clean, inviting and beautifully designed house and immediately felt at home and pampered. Not only was it supplied with the complimentary snacks and breakfast supplies you see in the picture, but to our surprise — we opened the fridge to find bottled water, milk, sodas, orange juice and chilled wine (such a bonus after a long day of travel and too late to do a big grocery shop). Add to this spacious modern rooms and lounge areas, comfortable bedrooms & plush bedding, lux robes and slippers, old-school video games, board games, outdoor games, TV options galore, and an amazing patio BBQ area with your own private pool! Jason always provided professional communication to any questions we had and offered details about sights and activities in the area. But more than that, he made sure things were taken care promptly if we had any concerns and went out of his way to make sure our teenager could shoot some hoops :) Again, there are so many things that make this place outstanding, but to truly grasp how welcoming and relaxing this home is, you have to experience it for yourself. We will be back :)

Perfect relaxing getaway

Everything about this stay was perfect! The hosts were very responsive and thought about everything! Everything we needed was already stocked and they even provided some snacks and drinks! The outside area is peaceful, private and we were even able to watch March Madness while enjoying the pool!
