Gourmet kitchen with everything you could possibly need, Calphalon cookware, juicer, steamer, toaster, you name it-it is there waiting for you! Master with King Size bed, 2nd Suite with King Size bed, 3rd Suite with 2 Queens. Extremely comfortable mattresses, beautifully appointed with extra everything. Living Room with large sectional sofa for comfortable seating. Dining Room with table for eight. Newly remodeled, new hot water heater with recirculator for fast reheating, 2 car garage. You can Uber / Lyft easily to almost anywhere!
Pool heating is included in daily rental price in colder months. We also include propane heat of up to 6 hours per day for the In Ground Hot Tub. Additional charges apply after 6 hours of $5 per additional hour.

Arizona Sun Fun and Relaxation

Perfect set up for our 5 day trip. 2 couples had plenty of space with 2 private Primary Bedrooms equipped with King Beds, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, complete kitchen and awesome backyard area with grilling, dining, relaxing and pool. We loved sitting in pool on sun shelf and just enjoying the well landscaped and quiet privacy of the backyard oasis. Easy check in and out with detailed and complete information. I also appreciated the extra communication from Stephanie with tourist tips for dining. We enjoyed a local hike with a short walk thru the neighborhood. We used ride share for trips to Old Scottsdale and Scottsdale Quarter in the evenings. Nice to have quick availability with this location. Highly recommend.

Great phoenix house

This house is fantastic. Super clean, well stocked and very beautiful. We were able to swim in February with the heated pool- although only during heat of day. Stayed here with 4 kids and highly recommend this house.

Phoenix Stay

Perfect for our family vacation.

The property was exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked, the pool and hot tub were a great way to end a busy day, and the location was convenient to several attractions in the area. I would definitely use this property again.

Daughter’s wedding

We stayed here during our daughter’s wedding at Boojum Tree Hidden Gardens and it was perfect! 4 minutes away! The back yard is tremendous!!!

Best place for a friends getaway

This is the second time we've stayed in this house for our annual girls trip. It is the perfect spot to hang out and have fun. The pool and patio are the best, and where we spend all of our time. The house has everything you need and is in a great location, close to the airport and a lot of the attractions in Scottsdale. We are already planning our next visit!

East coast family visiting AZ for wedding

This was the perfect property for us to start off our visit to AZ prior to a family wedding in Sedona. The house had plenty of room and was spotless. We visited the Grand Canyon, had breakfast at Oink cafe (a flight of bacon!) , kayaked the lower salt river and saw wild horses! Also toured the art museum. We all enjoyed our stay immensely. Definitely recommend!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!

This place has it all! Super clean, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of room to spread out! BEST OF ALL is the back yard oasis! one of the best pools as you can sit in the chairs in the pool with a good book or swim. `Great landscaping which makes a huge difference because it provides some shade. We have rented many homes over the years and this one is a favorite. The house is centrally located so you are about 20 minutes away from whatever you want to do. Stephanie, the host is amazing! She is on it if you have any problems/questions, quick response and very professional! I would give the overall experience 5 star+ we will definitely be back!

This property was exactly as described and more. The backyard is amazing. Pool was warm on the not so hot days of April. Location is close to everything you could need. Plenty of amenities within the property. We would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you need and more. Beds are comfortable. Backyard is amazing and pool is very warm. Communication with owner was fantastic and they were extremely accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Arizona Adventure SB2024

We’re from Wichita Kansas and we were looking to enjoy a warm spring break. We loved everything about this house and the hosts who owned it. The hospitality makes you feel 100% at home. It is located off of Hwy 51 and Thunderbird and is 15 minutes from airport, 15 mins from Grayhawk Golf Course, 12 minutes from TPC, 30 minutes from University of Phoenix Stadium, 2 hours from Sedona, 4 hours from Grand Canyon. You can rent a car or you can Uber easily!

The backyard is like being in resort and has everything you would want - grill, pergola and most of all the pool and hot tub! Heated 15,000 gallon Swimming Pool. Hot tub is In Ground and very enjoyable and clean. We include 6 hours of Hot Tub time per day and anything over is charged at $5 per hour of usage. You will love the setting!
